Wonderful detached villa with garden and pool - 90 minutes from Rome

We are in the beautiful countryside of Abruzzo, only 6 kilometers from the sea of ​​Silvi Marina (Blue Flag) and close to places of absolute artistic interest such as Sant'Angelo Town, Atri, Penne, Majella and Gran Sasso Mountains.

Villa Vittoria is a finely restored house dating back to the end of 1800, consisting of a large lounge, dining area with masonry kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The parquet floor and the fine furnishings will immediately make you feel at home.

The villa has large outdoor space equipped with table and sofa, private garden and access to the shared swimming pool with the other guests in the "Villa Vittoria Resort"

You will have towels and bed linen, plus free WIFI service inside and outside the Villa and free parking is also available in front of the private entrance.

The view of the sea and the mountains from the outdoor patio will be the best way to start the day

Villa Vittoria war das schönste Feriendomizil, dass wir je hatten. Es gibt nicht nur zwei Schlafzimmer, sondern auch zwei Badezimmer!Das großzügige Schwimmbad teilt man sich wohl mit den anderen drei Parteien im Komplex (genügend Liegestühle für alle), aber Villa Vittoria hat noch eine eigene Liegewiese, eine große Terrasse und einen eigenen Whirlpool (mit Sitzecke, Liegestühle und Dusche).Der Vermieter ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit, er spricht sehr gut englisch.Ein eigenes Auto ist absolut notwendig, die Straßen sind jedoch deutlich breiter als z.B. in Ligurien, wenn auch nicht in einem besseren Zustand. DIe Supermärkte Conad und Lidl sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, ein Outlet Center liegt etwas entfernter.Auch wenn das Resort als Adresse Città Sant'Angelo hat, die betreffende Straße befindet sich ca. 3km nordöstlich davon in der Nähe der SP30.

La maison est magnifique, la piscine belle et grande, mais que dire de la terrasse qui donne une vue incroyable sur la mer et les sonnets enneigés! Nous esperons revenir bientôt!

Traumhaftes Haus

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Das Haus ist wunderschön, gemütlich und mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Paolo steht für Fragen immer zur Verfügung und erfüllt auch Bitten (wir wollten gern eine Filterkaffee-Maschine). Der Garten ist schön, der Pool super. Zum Supermarkt und Strand braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein Ort, schöner als die Fotos...

Normalerweise sind die Reklamefotos schöner, als das was man antrifft. Hier ist es genau umgekehrt. Wir können einen Urlaub hier nur empfehlen und kommen wieder.
