Actually, I was somewhat disappointed. I had grown accustomed to VRBO properties being better maintained, Inside was okay, not spectacular, but outside was in dire need of maintenance, The lawn/landscaping and patio furniture looked like it had not been touched since last fall and the house itself needed pressure washing,

Moldy food left in microwave need new Cleaners!
The house was dirty, pillows were yellow and gross looking, only two washcloths, coffee pot had water stains on it. We bought sheets because everything looked dirty! I opened the microwave to heat up my food and there was an IHOP container left behind from another guest with food in it and the food was MOLDY!!! Around the toilet and in the tub was gross! I was also told to put the towels we used in the washing machine and to wash dishes, but was told that the cleaners “had a lot of work to do” after we left. Definitely want a refund!

Interesting
When we arrived a window was open to a bedroom, several bedroom doors would not close properly and unfortunately with doors to bedroom that led directly outside we felt the need to put a chair under each door handle for added security
We were in Cary NC for a USA Baseball tournament. The house is a great size with great amenities. Short drive to the USA Complex. Restaurants, shopping, hiking trails and parks all within close proximity!
