Great 3BR, 2 bath house in quiet residential area has everything you need for a home away from home. Close to downtown, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, a great brewery, parks and public transportation.

2 Bedrooms are situated upstairs and a 3rd is on the main floor. All have large closets, fans and beautiful lighting. The living room, dining room and kitchen have a great flow with a semi-open floor plan. The deck overlooks a backyard with a privacy fence. The keypad entry ensures a safe and easy check in and check out. Other highlights include comfy couches, a Smart TV, an awesome dining room table to seat 5 (or 7 with a leaf), and a bar with 2 stools. The well-stocked kitchen has a great gas stove and lots of storage. The house has varied lighting options, from bright and cheerful to more intimate. On-site parking for up to 3 cars (in a single-car garage and alongside the house in the driveway). Additional street parking is available.

When I stay in a place I'm visiting for a number of days, it’s so much nicer to have a place to use as your home base where I can relax and have the option to cook a nice meal. I appreciate the little touches that transform a mere place to rest your head into a place that feels a little more like home.

I love the quiet, family-oriented feeling of this neighborhood. Many of the houses have beautiful landscaping, and there is quick and easy access to downtown, the University of Iowa, hospitals, free public transportation, and restaurants and coffee shops.
