The University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics, Kinnick Stadium, Carver Hawkeye Arena, the Campus, Downtown Iowa City, and the Old Capital are all 5 to 10 minutes away.

Why they chose this property
The Iowa River Landing is an exciting neighborhood. You really can't ask for more from a neighborhood. Xtream Arena is a block away; dozens of restaurants and shops are a 1-2 minute walk from this location. The Iowa River Landing is the only neighborhood in Iowa City that combines entertainment, nature, shopping, and dining. Even with all the options, the area is not noisy nor congested. I believe the Iowa River Landing (aka IRL) is the jewel of the Iowa City area.
What makes this property unique
This two-bedroom condo, is not only in the best neighborhood of the Iowa City area, but between the walls you will experience high-end appliances, electronics, and furnishings. The overall quality of the interior rivals any 5-star hotel!
