Retreat

This was a business retreat and we enjoyed the location with walking distance to a variety of eating establishments was handy. The has a very modern feel and the kitchen is well equipped

The only problem is none of the power outlets in the kitchen were working when we got there. After finding the electrical box behind the guest bedroom door, I reset 4 breakers, and everything was working. It was a very comfortable, very clean, very modern condo. There were generous power outlets around to power your your devices. There is a 24/7 gym across the street.

Great condo

This condo was a great place to stay for a family wedding. We loved being able to have so many spots within walking distance to choose from for meals. It was very nice to be able to park in the basement garage too. The condo was very clean & well stocked. Our only complaint would be that when we first entered the condo, the heat was turned up too high for our liking. We did finally get the temperature adjusted to a more comfortable setting, but it did take a bit for this adjustment to happen. Kyle was great to work with & replied to any questions promptly. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Great spot

Walking distance to the arena. Great condo unit in a great location. Super comfortable and enjoyed the underground parking in the winter as well. Would definitely stay again

This Vacation Rental is in the heart of the Iowa River Landing. It is a great mixture of nature and entertainment. The IRL is turning into a great place to gather with friends, go out to eat, watch a game at the arena, shop, or grab a coffee in the morning. I do feel the location of this condo offers a unique experience for all of our guests.
