Great Room and Location

Would definitely stay again. Not impressed with Vacasa, though. We weren’t the only ones that received misinformation or had issues checking in. Having said that, once we checked in, it was a great room and great location.

This is my second review

I gave a full review of this property shortly after the trip. In it, I mentioned loving the space and the actual owner was very nice. I would recommend the condo itself. But, we had a lot of issues with Vacasa. Communicating with them is a challenge when you can only have a central reservation system that knows nothing about the property. They also choose not to mention that this rental was essentially a 5th floor walkup at a ski resort. There wasn't a working elevator (it had been out for months, there was no ETA on having a working one, and they did know about it). I'm not sure why VRBO is asking me to submit another review. Looking at the listing, it seems that they've deleted several of them.

All you need

It’s right in center village, comes with the parking, and the room is quite spacious. Best little feature I noticed, the skylight windows are all drawn expect for a little open slot- I fell asleep in the moon light.

Nice room ... small bathroom/shower area but done well. To me the beds and bedding was a 3 out of 5. I realize I am a little fussy on this... if you have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express then you know the higher standard. Location and access to skiing was excellent. Limited restaurant choices in the Village but the few that were there were very good. Room has microwave and fridge.

Nice room... bathroom a little small and middle of the road bed and bedding. But it worked out fine. Short walk to the lifts, lockers on first floor a big help and great hot tub. The Village is rather small with only a few restaurants' but they were all good. Only real place for breakfast was the ski lodge and was surprisingly very good (lunch also) but you will find it more expensive then it should be. I stayed 5 nights with my son... would maybe look next time for a place with more room to relax then just lie on the bed. Very clean, plenty of towels.

This less than stellar review is no way indicative of the property itself. The location is fantastic and the condo is nice enough. The issue is with the management company that services the unit. When we arrived, the sheets were dirty, a used towel was hanging behind the bathroom door, there were crackers on the floor and a dozen half empty water bottles on the TV stand. If the room had been serviced, it was done in seconds without care. Luckily there were spare (hopefully clean) sheets in the closet, so we were able to remake the beds ourselves. Check in is not available until 4pm, and the office was vacated by 5pm, so there was no chance of getting things cleaned to the level they should have been when we arrived.

Amazing location. Gorgeous area.

Love the copper mtn area. Vacasa made it easy. Few tips for next time. Request a ground floor apt/condo. Also Colorado doesn't use a good amount of ac. So prepare for this. I would assume this is true of most resorts. Will do it again for sure.
