You won't have to go far for a day on the sand, as Sandpiper Cove’s very own private beach is a five-minute walk and a short crossing of Gulf Shore Drive away. Sandpiper Cove offers boat docking rentals, so feel free to visit their website for more information about reservations. For a bit more action, make the quick drive to HarborWalk Village where you will find lots of shops and restaurants overlooking Destin Harbor. Gator Beach, just over three miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals. Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just under three miles from the condo. If you need to grab a few necessities, Target, and various grocery stores are also right across the street.
Just a short walk from the waves, this condo is set with central air-conditioning to keep everyone comfortable and is undergoing a spring refresh and update for the upcoming warmer months. Cook up a delicious meal in the full kitchen and enjoy it at the breakfast bar or on the private balcony. A private washer/dryer will take care of the bathing suits while you relax. In addition to being just a short walk from the beach, guests can enjoy shared amenities such as a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and tennis court during their stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
