Tarpon getaway is located at the beautiful Crystal Beach area of Destin, just steps away from the white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Kick off your shoes, grab a drink and cook your own fish and shrimp. Three TVs available to watch whatever you and the kids want. Shopping, movies, restaurants and the Destin Harbor all close to the cottage. Master bedroom with king and queen beds, TV and bathroom. Twin beds in back bedroom with TV, adjoining laundry and bathroom. 2-sectional sofas in living room, one with pullout sleeper. 2 recliners.

Great stay

This house was perfect for our needs. My brother and I traveled down to meet other relatives for a deep-sea fishing trip. His 7 y.o. son/ my nephew decided he wanted to tag along last minute so this place was exactly what we needed. Naturally with 3 guys we weren’t looking for all the frills of a pricey beach get-a-way but we were pleasantly surprised with this little place. Plenty of room, great location (less than a 2 min walk and we could be on the beach), and in a nice neighborhood. We all enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Older residence. Quaint. Attractive furniture, comfortable beds. Well stocked with everything you'd need. Firestick TV frequently lost connection making it difficult to watch a movie. Sheets on thequen bed needs updating.

Wonderful beach cottage

This is a nicely kept, older cottage with a short walk to the beach in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The latter rates very high for me when visiting new places. I love the laid-back atmosphere with comfortable outdoor seating: screened porch in front and patio with grill out back. It truly felt like home away from home. The hosts are very responsive, kind and gracious. Thank you for a lovely experience for our Spring Break week!

Clean&quiet; just yards from beach

This cute single family home is quiet and immaculately clean. It is only a 2-3 minute walk to the beautiful emerald coast water and great white sand beach. There is shopping close by as well as great restaurants.

Sweet Getaway Just a Hop Skip From The Beach

Great Tarpon Cottage

What a fun trip. The house was just perfect. Built in 1957 and loaded with charm. It is convenient to everything...shopping, restaurants, even medical care :-) The beach and access are just a few steps away. We will definitely visit this location again. Molly and Steve were awesome to work with and provided so many recommendations for local establishments.
