Condo is in excellent condition! Pictures are a true reflection of the condo. The location of the condo was excellent. Walk to the beach was farther than we expected and parking at the beach can be challenging. The condo owner was outstanding to work with! Excellent communication skills and very friendly!

This was a stellar stay: Very welcoming and attentive host, clear communication, comfortable beds and attractive furnishings, well-supplied amenities (bath and kitchen supplies), convenient location for downtown businesses. The owners and manager could give hosting lessons - so wonderful to be treated with kindness.

Perfect location for sure! Spent the weekend at Jen’s place with my daughter and nieces for a quick girls trip, and it was great! Incredibly clean, comfortable, and convenient. We walked downtown and to the pier, and even though it was chilly, sat on the rooftop patio for a bit. Without question one of the best places I have ever stayed.

Beautiful location and space. Very conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. Comfortable place with a lot little extras you don’t get in most rentals. Quite a few comforts of home and necessities for the area itself. Fantastic stay and it was very easy to get ahold of Jen if we had any questions. Definitely want to come back again.

A nice rental with pretty much everything you'd need for a stay. Great location and nicely decorated and appointed. The only negatives were a couple of maintenance items that needed to be addressed and I wasn't aware of until we checked in. One, a noisy toilet, wasn't a big deal. The other though was that the air handler did not work for the downstairs bedrooms. Most Septembers this wouldn't be a big issue, but the temp got down into the 40's at night during our stay and we had no heat in the bedrooms. Thankfully upstairs, where most of our time was spent while in the unit, was working fine. Outside of the maintenance issues the only real fault I can find with the unit is a really uncomfortable sofa. Overall we enjoyed our stay but I have to give 4 stars instead of 5 because of the maintenance issues.

The condo is definitely the perfect location for exploring downtown and the boardwalk. We found the condo to be comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Jen has a very detailed notebook with all the information you will need for your stay on the kitchen counter. Note;; I should have read the information in the book instead of contacting the host!! However, Jen was very gracious and very helpful with any questions we had. Jen responded to my text promptly and we appreciate her kindness. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

A perfect day might include a morning stroll along the harbor with a stop by the fish station to take a peek at today’s catch.
