Historic downtown 3 bedroom close to everything!!!

Beautiful historic house in the heart of Grand Haven's downtown. This unit has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a small tv and a view of the downtown happenings, bedroom 2 also has a queen bed and a great view, bedroom 3 has two queen beds with a closet and large dresser. There is a large eat in kitchen with a slider door leading to the deck. The living room has flat screen TV with cable and wireless internet. This is an upper unit with a great view from the deck!!
There are two parking spots in the back of building for you, with additional city parking across the street.
Two blocks from the famous Musical Fountain and the boardwalk that leads to the pier! One block from downtown restaurants and shopping!!It’s a short walk to the splash pad, mini golf, skate park, ymca, fishing, farmer’s market and many other fun attractions. This is a great location for walking or biking!!
Also just a short drive to Dutch village in Holland, Michigan’s Adventure amusement park in Muskegon, several mountain biking/hiking trails in the area, kayak/boat launches and lots more West Michigan outdoor activities!!

The unit had a lot of old house charm that we loved. It was close to everything! We parked our car when we arrived and didn't need it again until we left. It was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The host responded quickly and graciously allowed us to stay a little past the checkout time. We would stay here again.

This is the perfect location for our group who wanted downtown for easy walking to restaurants and nearby beach! We enjoyed the deck often and found the 3 bedroom rental was clean providing everything we needed for short weekend stay. Owner was responsive and quick to communicate and we will be back again. This was my second visit here this summer! Thx again!

This upper floor apartment of a house was the perfect location for a girls weekend! It is walking distance to restaurants and downtown fun plus we had easy access to the beach @ Lake Michigan too! It was clean and the host provided everything needed that made for a convenient stay. Plenty of parking and AC, 3 bedrooms and 4 queen beds for our group of 7 ladies made it a comfortable stay and we will return! Love the deck outside too for happy hour and meals! Thx!

Our rental was in the perfect part of Grand Haven, just a block off of the main drag with multiple restaurants, bars, the HARBOR, and amazing ice cream! There were also all kinds of cute shops downtown. The rental itself is in a beautiful old home, so it’s not the most modern place to stay but it has character! It was clean, had three bedrooms and a rooftop deck that we LOVED!!! Read the detail of the property and you will not be disappointed! Our first time to Michigan but we are already dreaming of our next! Thank you!

Great location in downtown GH but needs updating and freshening up. The deck is dangerous for bare feet and needs refinishing! The addition of mirrors and clothes hooks would be beneficial. Window screens needed in one of the bedrooms.

Great location

The property is very clean and in a great location, right in downtown close to all restaurants and shops. It's about a 15 to 20-minute walk to the beach, which makes it a great location for the price. Additionally, the parking is convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Location, great rooftop seating

We loved this location! It was walkable to downtown area, farmer's market, stores etc. The rooftop seating was a huge plus for us to sit and enjoy outside and was extremely peaceful and quiet. The place was clean and spacious. The only two things I would give feedback about is 1, maybe some lighting on the rooftop for when we sat there at night and 2, MORE MIRRORS! We had 5 women total and with one bathroom (which was totally fine) more mirrors would have been sooooo nice to do make-up, hair, etc. Big one over dresser in double bed room would have been ideal as well as a floor length mirror somewhere in the space. We would absolutely book again!

Fantastic location for an easy walk to downtown Grand Haven. Loved the porch and easy parking. The rooms are large and beds are comfy. Everything is clean and as pictured. Great spot for a family or group of friends.
