Pleasant holiday home, located on the edge of the estuary, just 10 minutes from the first beaches.<br>Exposed stone house with swimming pool secured by a shelter, on a large landscaped plot.<br>For your outdoor dining, you have a covered area and a bbq.<br>House, pool and garden not shared and private parking.<br>Located 5 minutes from Talmont sur Gironde and 15 minutes from the great beaches of Saint Georges de Didonne and Royan.<br><br>Single-storey house offering a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a large living room, two bedrooms, as well as a veranda overlooking the garden.<br>You will have a bathroom, with toilet, adjoining a bedroom, as well as a shower room with toilet. A laundry room equipped with a washing machine.<br><br>The kitchen has an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, induction hob and dishwasher.<br>A toaster and kettle are also featured, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. <br><br>Bedroom 1 consists of a 160 x 200 bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.<br><br>Bedroom 2 consists of two beds of 80 x 200 that can be attached and a wardrobe (wardrobe + shelf).<br><br>For the little ones, we provide a travel cot with mattress (fitted sheet not provided), a changing table, a high chair, as well as a small bathtub. <br><br>Bed linen, towels and household linen are not provided.<br><br>A deposit of €750 will be required when you take up the rental. This deposit will be given to you on departure if no problems have been found.<br><br>Cleaning must be done on your departure. A deduction of 90 euros from your deposit may be made in the event of non-fulfillment.
