It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a living room with a TV to relax after a busy day.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Coffee machine, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Wifi and one crib.
You will also have a garden which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days!
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
The accommodation is located close to all amenities: several bars, restaurants and shops!
For your daily shopping, you will find a "MONOPRIX" and a "Carrefour City", respectively at 6 minutes and 3 minutes of walk.
The marina of Caen is at 6 minutes walk from the accommodation. It offers a multitude of activities and water sports!
The accommodation is also located near several sites of interest, namely: The Castle of Caen (10 minutes on foot); the Fine Arts Museum (12 minutes); the Office of Tourism and Congress (6 minutes); the Saint-Pierre church (6 minutes); the Normandy Museum (12 minutes); and many others ...
The beaches of Cabourg and Ouistreham are 27 minutes and 21 minutes respectively by car.
