Beautiful property that is just as advertised. Ann, the property owner, was very kind, communicative and helpful when planning our visit to Ocean City. Property is right on the boardwalk with short walk to the beach and access to lots of dining and activities for the whole family. We can’t wait to visit again soon! ❤️

OC Stay

Absolutely loved our stay. Perfect location being on the board walk, right by Malias Cafe(so good) and Starbucks. I will also note the parking spot was very helpful also. It was in a covered area and right next to the stairs leading to the beach. This helped us avoid dragging our beach stuff to the room. We will def be back in the future!

Pure paradise in a premium location

This was our second year staying at Ann’s condo. It is very clean and in the perfect location. Right on the boardwalk close enough to shopping, restaurants, and the beach but still a very quiet and serene. The most amazing sunrises and sunsets right from the balcony. And bonus Ann just remodeled one of the bathrooms and it’s top notch! Ann is also sweet and accommodating. She makes sure everything is set for a wonderful stay at her condo!

Perfect family getaway

The property was very clean and well maintained inside and out. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! The outdoor patio gave us beautiful sunrises and view of the boardwalk and beach. Very nice, quiet, family-like area. We felt safe using the elevator and the parking area was well lit. An assigned parking spot came with the stay and there was plenty of free street parking for other guests. Ann was in contact with me and told me everything I needed to know. I would absolutely stay at Ann's place again and recommend it to others!

Ann the property owner was fantastic. The condo itself was pretty clean EXCEPT the floors were a bit sandy still in the 1 bedroom w 2 double beds and a single bed and the Shower was also. I didn't let that ruin my time however! I would most likely rent here again. Gorgeous view and peaceful

Place was nice. Only thing we didn’t like was having to pack our own linens and it doesn’t mention that online. Luckily I spoke with the owner prior who let me know or we would have showed up with none. We like the location of the place. Would have been handy to have more than one parking spot as our family went with us. Luckily we found one of those after searching for quite a while.

Met all our expectations and more!

This property had everything we wanted and more! The oceanfront view is amazing! Beautiful decor in condo. As soon as you walk in there is a mural that says "welcome to your home away from home," and that is exactly how we felt there. We ended up staying an extra night. The owner could not have been more accomodating and kind. Property is just far enough away from "party city" so that families can relax and enjoy. Thank you Anna! Can't wait to go back!

Great location and comfortable

The owner was very helpful and immediately available by telephone. The unit is on the second floor and is directly over the boardwalk with an elevator available as well as a luggage cart on the first floor. The kitchen was adequately stocked and large enough. The kitchen has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The balcony is probably at least 10 to 12 feet long and 5 feet wide facing the beach. There’s two sliders coming from the living room area and a slider is coming from the master bedroom. The master bedroom is where you see the pink couch in the pictures. So I thought it was really nice that it would be easy to eat out there as there is a table with five chairs. The con would be that the bathrooms were a little small because the condo is an older unit. In the hall bathroom the toilet was very very close to the shower so that may be a little awkward for some people. The couch was deteriorating in the sense that little pieces of of leather would come off but the owner has assured me that they will be replacing it soon. The deterioration is caused by exposure to saltwater air. That may be something you want to check on before you rent.
