South Beach 402 is a luxurious rental property right on the boardwalk at 7th street. Enjoy a large, spacious ocean-front unit with an ocean-front master bedroom and all the extras including free WiFi, smart TVs, an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room and reserved parking in a secure garage.
This property has a 2 night minimum off season and rents Saturday to Saturday in season. Bed sizes include a king, 2 singles, 2 doubles, and a new queen sleep sofa. Guests provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. Washer and dryer in condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Indoor pool is closed from January 2 - April 1.
This owner offers a $50 discount on a weekly rental for our military guests. Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets, please.

Amazingly convenient location. And beautiful view and apartment. Carpet throughout does need to be replaced or cleaned as it has a good number of stains and spills. Additionally, the check-in procedures were less than convenient, having to drive 60 blocks past the apartment to pick up the keys.

Family time in OC for Easter

Beautiful Space

Beautiful space, great location and perfect views from the spacious balcony. Well equipped kitchen supplies, appliances, and extras. Can definitely use a deep cleaning, especially the carpets, dining chair seats, and floors.

Great oceanfront condo

A group of seven women stayed in this condo, and it was immaculate and roomy with a huge balcony. It’s on the boardwalk so you can enjoy the view without leaving. It has covered parking and the unit is close to the elevator. We will probably make this our yearly rental!

The condo is VERY roomy and comfortable. Location is excellent! Parking is easy. Pools are so-so. Cleaning could be better and carpet needs replacing. Aside form the little things listed, we enjoyed it very much and would recommend!

Great location. Carpets need a good cleaning. Disappointed that there was no low chairs on porch only high. Also exterior pool only had lounge chairs and no other or umbrellas. No carts to help with getting luggage in. Great parking.

Great vacation location

South Beach was in a perfect location all activities and dining was easily accessible. The unit was clean and neat . Kitchen had all the necessary items. Beds were comfy and cozy. Overall rating for unit is 5 stars. The outside pool was often dirty and maintenance lacking. I would definitely go with vrbo for future rentals. The negative comments reflect on the property management and not vrbo.

Great location needs good cleaning

The location and property are beautiful. Very secure building. The only down side is the place needs a good DEEP cleaning. There is so much dust on the baseboards it looks like fur. The kitchen floor was sticky. When we pulled out one of the single beds to make it there was a dirty paper plate between the bed and wall…a real turn off. The place smelled so musty and sour we purchased Fabreze to freshen the air. At this price point I would have expected the place to be pristine…it was not. These things are easily correctable and I hope they will be addressed. With the exception of these items everything else was wonderful.

Perfect as usual!

This is the 3rd time that we have stayed at this property and we will continue to stay here every year! 1st off, Central Reservations makes everything very easy, we have never had a problem with them. For instance I told them that the shower head in the master bathroom was leaking so they had a repair techinician there the next day to fix it. 2nd, the property is perfect for our family of 5, 3 adults and 2 children. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Our oldest is 21 and she loves having her own bedroom and bathroom. The large kitchen, dining and living rooms give us plenty of room to relax or make meals so that we do not have to make reservations or wait for a table at a busy restaurant. The balcony views are spectacular, especially the sunrises. We would eat breakfast out there everyday and just enjoy the crashing of the waves and watching the beautiful colors play across the ocean. And you usually see dolphins! The location if perfect for us, just far enough away from the busy part of the boardwalk so it's never too crowded and at night it isn't too loud. But, also close enough that it only takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the pier. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by so that you'll never get bored or hungry. Check out Piezano's Pizza on the ground level, great food! Also, having a secure entrance and secure parking garage really add to our peace of mind. We never feel like we or our car or our personal belongings aren't safe.

Girls Getaway

Awesome location! View was amazing. Sunrise and beach were incredible! Condo was spacious nice to have 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. The downside was the cleanliness. There is a five-hour break between when the previous guest leaves and you check in. We had to thoroughly clean the place down. The carpet had spots throughout maybe high traffic areas should have extra attention. The refrigerator had to be thoroughly cleaned before we could put food in it. We didn't feel safe using ice maker from the fridge it was dirty and moldy. The pans were old and scratched up. Major dust in the master bedroom on the headboard and foot board. Some clothes from the previous guest were left in the drawers. Garbage can, and oven not clean. Spots on dining room chairs maybe they should have plastic so that they can be wiped down for sanitary reasons. Screen had a rip at the bottom of balcony door. The mechanism to close the blinds was broken hanging off the wall in the master bedroom we had to pull the blinds close with our hands. Despite that we had an amazing time. Wonderful beach/ boardwalk time. Condo is close enough to enjoy the attractions of the boardwalk. But far enough from loud noise of the crowds to enjoy the quietness. Loved the fireplace!

Great first visit to OC Beach!

We loved the condo! Great space- furniture was nice, kitchen was nice, and location was excellent! We loved the amenities of the building- indoor pool was so clean and a nice space with both ocean and bayside views from breezy balconies (much better than pictures!). Roof outdoor pool was fun (although the seagulls like it too)- and looked out over the beach. Fitness room was clean and well-appointed. Best of all was the location- right on the beach- loved hearing the waves all day/night! Also loved the convenience of not having to drive anywhere- the boardwalk was fun, and my teens and their friends had a blast. Would def stay again if we ever come back to OC. Thank you!

OC Spring Break Getaway

Of all rentals I have done over the years, the images and descriptions for this propert were the most spot-on. The property was clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for our family and friend vacation. The place is pristine and well thought out, down to the many AC/USB power strips strategically placed. I appreciate that someone truly strived to think of everything. The only thing I would do different is bring my own towels (bathroom vs beach) versus paying for the additional package. I wish the quality of the towels had been more aligned to the cost of the towel/sheet service, but the service was friendly and professional and the towels did nit detract from the great property and overall experience. Looking forward to making this a regular stay, a few times each year. Thanks!
