Recently renovated unit with beautiful ocean views from the bedroom, shower window and your private patio. Spend the day relaxing on the beach or lounge around the pool and take in the magnificent Atlantic ocean breeze. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or an outdoor adventure weekend, we invite you to this beautiful 1 bedroom condo with a king size bed and sleeper sofa. Our place sleeps up to 4 guests. Have all of the comforts of home and more with a recently renovated & fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on your private patio as you watch the waves crash the shoreline. No one will want to leave this perfect home away from home.

All of ours guests are welcome to use the common area of the complex, we offer a heated pool, BBQ area and private beach access.

This condo is located in a prime location on the shoreline, just minutes to Flagler Avenue where you can spend several afternoons meandering the cute boutiques and local restaurants or make your way to Canal Street and enjoy the historical spots of NSB and more hometown eats for your enjoyment. PLEASE NOTE:
We provide a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. The starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the store is required. We do recommend you bring shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!

Coastal Waters is an oceanfront complex on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. When you're not basking on the white sands of NSB, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Within walking distance to many great restaurants with just a short drive from Flagler Ave.
Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass. New Smyrna Beach is known for its small town character and family atmosphere. The warm climate, wide, white sand beaches, and variety of outdoor activities make this the perfect Florida beach vacation spot.

The location was great but the condo lacked a few necessities. Nice easy walk to the beach. Right out the door. The kitchen had no kitchen towels/cloths. There was no dresser but we were anble to use the bedside tables. There were no hangers in the closet. Bathroom linens were lacking. These few items would not cost much to rectify. The electronic door did not work on occasion and the lock to the beach steps was not locking. The door remained unlocked which is a safely issue.

Great location. Convenient.

We had a great stay for Mother’s Day. Parking was limited but checking in was east. Very clean and steps away from the beach. Had a great time. Slight confusion with check out time (email was different than welcome book in the condo). Could have used a few more kitchen towels to dry the dishes. Also could not find the hamper to put used linens in as directed (sorry). Would recommend to anyone wanting a vacation or staycation. Would rent again! Thank you!

Beautiful ocean view

It was very nice location the bedroom was quite warm so we stayed in the living room but otherwise very clean. Remember to bring extra towels there is no laundry on site. It was the closest a condo I've rented has ever been to the actual water it was very convenient for little ones. The pool and kiddie pool were perfect for us.

Nice beachside condo . . .

Nice beachside condo located in New Smyrna. A few impressions to share with you. Pros: Location, location, location. You can walk from this unit and be standing on the beach in seconds! Extremely clean!! New paint, cabinets, flooring, appliances, furniture! Decent parking New BBQ's Cons: Noise level is nearly intolerable from upstairs unit! People simply walking above us made very loud noise. Kitchen items extremely sparse. (No salt and pepper, no sponge, no kitchen towels.) Windows in living area and sliding door in bedroom are very weather damaged and do not allow for a nice view. Communication with the agent was very poor and caused us some concern prior to our arrival. Repeated attempts to elicit information were met with delayed and often unhelpful responses. Overall, we were very pleased with this condo and would recommend it for those who can handle the few shortcomings we mentioned above. For those from out of the area NS Beach is vehicle friendly and very crowded, at least in the high season. Further south, just a few miles away, are numerous uncrowded beaches within the Canaveral National Seashore. Enjoy!!

Clean and great location!

We enjoyed our stay at the little cottage. Dish towels would probably be helpful as there is no dishwasher here. Other than that it was a great stay and we appreciated the location in the beach close to many restaurants and amenities!

Great Location!

The apartment was very nice, although when we were there, you could not open the front windows and as nice as that view is the sliding glass door has no screen so you cannot sleep or really even sit in the bedroom with the door open. The Sliding door glass was filthy and had to clean it myself to even see out of it, there was no glass cleaner or paper towels so I had to purchase those. We like to fall asleep with the TV on on the bedroom, and It never turned on. Texted the Property Owner first night and no one came and fixed it and was never updated. The air conditioning is freezing in living room but, in the heat of the summer i’m sure the bedroom will be very warm, as it was very warm when it was only 72 out. We used the fan and dehumidifier but it didn’t really cool the room down during the hot days, and we couldn’t leave the slider open at night because we had no screen. The beach is RIGHT out the door though, it’s the perfect spot. The pool was nice and clean. If they address these concerns and maybe have better follow up with their tenants this place could be amazing ! New Smyrna beach is magical though. Thanks !
