This led to: What could we buy in Hawaii if we wanted to invest. This seemed like a far-out, dream question, but we decided to invest an afternoon with a real estate agent to find out.

We liked that the house was on the mountain. It's a little cooler and we had a fantastic view. It's very easy to come here and relax.
