This is the BEST location on the Kona Coast, right in Kailua Village. This spacious (~1300 ft²) condominium includes two Master Bedroom Suites with King beds and a 3rd Bedroom with trundle bed. Sleeps five adults comfortably, six people with children sharing 3rd bedroom. The unit has panoramic, breathtaking ocean views from living room, dining room, both lanais and Master bedroom suites. Free Wi-fi, AC & parking included. Easy walk to Kailua Village & its farmers' market, Kona Bay, Kona pier/Ironman, restaurants, night spots, coffee bars, art galleries, shopping and so much more.

Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean and coastline, hear the sounds of waves crashing at night, see the 'green flash' at sunset, walk down for a Kona Bay swim in the morning, or have a latte or java next to the ocean. We had a fantastic stay in this condo. It was comfortable, well equipped with everything we needed, and it felt like staying at a friend’s home. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive when we reached out. The location worked out great for us. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the pier, and an even shorter walk to our favorite places like Like Java, and On The Rocks.

Excellent response from host and most helpful with accommodating our needs.Kitchen is most well stocked with every type and size of pots, dishes, etc one could need. Nice to have salt/pepper and various other spices available for all to use.3rd bedroom is small, but suited our needs just fine.Loved the beach toys, chairs, snorkel gear, coolers and various games/puzzles. Fun was had by all.

This is my second stay at this property, and it was an overall lovely experience. The hosts were great, and the location is perfect. However, I wish the place was a bit cleaner. The floor was very dirty, and we had to sweep it every day from the moment we arrived. Some furniture and bathrooms could also use some upgrades. Despite these minor issues, I would still stay here again and hope they can make some improvements.

Kona penthouse

Great stay. Property was as advertised- big, clean, AC was great and it was very well stocked. Short walk to lots of shops and restaurants, amazing views, and a great home base for beach adventures. Check in was simple and hosts are easy to reach.

Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again at this well stocked VRBO that is within walking distance of anything you might want to do in Kona. The patios offered wonderful views of the ocean to take in your morning coffee and the kitchen was large enough to not feel stuffed while I made everyone’s breakfast. Another amazing visit

We stayed here two years ago in 2023 and we have had yet another amazing visit in 2025. You can not beat the location! Most places have paid parking if you want to visit downtown but here you can leave your car in its parking spot(right up front!) And take a short walk to shopping and yummy fod downtown

Best Penthouse in Kailua Village

This condo has it all!! Views, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants! I have stayed there 2 times and couldnt be happier! It has a fully stocked kitchen, we absolutely love it!!

Great stay in Kona

We had a very comfortable stay at this property. Francoise was a gracious host, and very responsive and communicative. The condo was very well stocked with any extras you could need - from baby gear (e.g. pack and play) to beach gear (body board, snorkeling gear, towels, and more). We would definitely consider staying here again during future visits to Kona.

This penthouse condo was a brilliant match for our family. We love to walk and explore the community which this location was perfectly situated to give us walking access in 3 directions. The volcanoes park was a trip worth taking around the island too. Lots of fun activities close by and we enjoyed feeling at home with a well-outfitted kitchen and comfortable beds for all 5 of us.Thanks to the hosts for their hospitality we hope to return and this is the perfect place!

Wonderful property

Property was as advertised and property manager communtcated promply and kindly! Even allowed us an early check in when we realized we arrived earlier than check in time. Conso was clean and had beach towels and coolers to use as well as all the needed kitchen utensils, appliances and needs. Highly recommentd and a wonderful stay in kona!

The property was everything you described, and the contact for the site was exceptionally helpful. Location was amazing close to all the shops downtown wonderful places to eat and the beaches. Great location and view!

Check-in was easy and keys were in the lockbox as communicated. The unit was very clean and stocked with all the dishes and cutlery you can imagine. Air conditioners were a bit noisy but not bad - at least they were cool. Great location within walking distance to the fruit market which had the best longans and papayas!

Very central location

Spacious condo, well appointed, with everything you need. We enjoyed our time and the ability to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking has become pricey in Kona, so walking was a bonus. The building is well looked after and Francoise was extremely helpful. Thank you for hosting us!
