Crozon – Spacious, bright house near beaches and hiking trails

A recently renovated, very spacious and bright house located on the west coast of the Crozon Peninsula. Quézédé is a hamlet of just a few houses situated between two magnificent beaches: Trez Rouz to the north (1.9 km away) and Kerloc’h to the south (4.9 km away, in the Goulien cove). There are numerous hiking trails easily accessible from the house (300 m). They’ll take you to Camaret, Le Fret, and Morgat on foot or by bike. This charming house features a large, enclosed garden, ensuring peace and quiet and sunshine all day long.
The house is located in the countryside but very close to beautiful beaches to explore to the north, south, and west. It is surrounded by greenery, and the view from the master bedroom’s terrace will take you above the treetops as far as the eye can see. The towns of Crozon and Camaret are easily accessible, and the nearest supermarket is 3.6 km away (Camaret). Crozon comprises a multitude of villages and hamlets. Among them are the seaside resort of Morgat to the south and Le Fret to the north, a small port overlooking Brest Harbour. Camaret-sur-Mer will charm nature lovers and architectural history enthusiasts alike; it also offers a wide variety of restaurants and bars along the marina’s pier.
There are several parking spaces on the property for cars and a rigid-hulled inflatable boat on a caravan, if needed.
