Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in hervorragender Lage. Ein Supermarkt ist 10min entfernt. Der Strand ist in 5min zu erreichen. In Crozon und Douarnenez ist man in 20-30min.Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten als 6köpfige Familie viel Platz.Achtung: Das Haus befindet sich direkt neben einer Kirche. Das Gebimmel hat uns aber nicht groß gestört.Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Schönes, authentisches Haus – mit EinschränkungenDas Ferienhaus ist ein gepflegtes bretonisches Haus, das optisch der Beschreibung entspricht. Es ist authentisch ausgebaut. Folgendes sollte man vorab wissen:Lage & Strand: Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig neben einer schönen Kirche. Direkt daneben befindet sich der Friedhof. Zum Strand an der Bucht von Douarnenez sind es nur knapp 2 km. Wichtig: Die Bucht hat seit Jahren ein Grünalgenproblem. Für unbeschwerten Badespaß mit Kindern muss man an den freien Atlantik fahren. Für Einkäufe oder Ausflüge ist das Auto zudem unerlässlich (Fahrzeiten von 15 bis 45 Minuten).Ausblick & Internet: Der beworbene „Meerblick“ ist großzügig ausgelegt: Man sieht das Meer nur von einer Stelle im Garten (über die Friedhofsmauer) und aus einem Schlafzimmer. Wer arbeiten möchte: Das Internet (1,5 Mbit/s Upload) ist für Videocalls völlig ungeeignet. Bei Problemen (Internet, defekter Schrank) war der Vermieter leider nicht lösungsorientiert. Ausstattung: Man merkt, dass es ein reines Vermietungsobjekt ist. Alles ist vollständig, aber recht lieblos. In der wild zusammengewürfelten Küche sucht man scharfe Messer vergebens.Fazit: Ein charmantes Haus für ruhige Tage. Wer schnelles Internet, echten Meerblick, fußläufige Infrastruktur oder einen algenfreien Strand vor der Tür erwartet, muss jedoch Abstriche machen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Saint Nic. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll und es war sauber, groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich das Sofa hätte für 5 Personen größer sein dürfen. Das Haus liegt sehr geschickt für Ausflüge und der Strand ist ganz in der Nähe. Danke, dass wir unsere Ferien hier verbringen durften.
