Welcome to the Beach House at Grand Lake. If you are looking to stay at a peaceful location with a private dock (excluding use of boat slip) and great view, you've come to the right place. You can relax inside next to a cozy fire or enjoy the outdoors on our private deck. You will have an amazing view inside and outside, of the Duck Creek and the main lake. You can enjoy fishing and floating off the dock or just lounging with your feet in the water.

The space
You will need to provide your own fishing equipment and flotation devices for the water. You can tie up a boat to the dock but we suggest using it more as a courtesy dock the boat slip is not available for renters. Because of our location on Duck Creek overnight tie ups on the weekend is not recommended. Weekday tie ups overnight may require your own discretion. There is a 10 person limit inside the house and no parties allowed.

Please note:
There is an apartment in the basement we have access to with a separate entrance if we are up at the lake. VRBO doesn’t have an option to accurately describe this so you have full use of the upstairs of the house and the down stairs laundry room. In pictures, you may see a lower deck door. That is the separate entrance to our personal space which is not part of the VRBO rental. As in the listing, this is a two-bedroom one bath home.

Guest access
Dock- you will have access to our private dock but the boat slip is not available for use. You can tie up to either side of the dock if your rent a boat or bring your own. We do not recommend overnight tie-ups on weekends because of our location on the main lake. Week day tie-ups over night are up to your discretion but we renters assume all responsibility for their boat. The dock rollers are there for protection but it is not guaranteed. User assumes all risk.
