Clean house, great Deck and good dock in quiet cove

We had a group of 9 stay and it fit us perfect. Spent a ton of time on the deck in the mornings and evenings. We had our own boat we kept at the dock and had easy access to duck creek and dripping springs. Also, just a quick boat ride over to sharky's for some VIP pizza and live music.

Perfect location except for crossing the narrow dam while pulling a boat. Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space for the whole family. Boat dock with the kayak and paddle board were great entertainment.

Relaxing Deck

We had a nice stay, and we spent lots of time relaxing on the deck on the comfy patio furniture. The inside seating was also comfortable, although the main living areas were smaller than the pictures made them appear. The ice machine was a nice bonus! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great House for Low-Key Girls Trip

We loved the house for our girls trip filled with relaxation, floating, and eating. We especially loved: THE DECK off the kitchen area (our favorite deck in 5 years of girls trips!) the ice maker, garage fridge for drinks, water filter in fridge, all showers had great water pressure and lots of hot water, back living area had seating for everyone, and a super quiet cove that was great for floating on floaties. Things that could be improved: We don't have a boat and didn't realize that there wasn't a ladder to use from the water to the dock when we booked the house. Bring your swim shoes as the shore is very rocky! There are a few holes rotted through on the deck, one was in a spot as you're coming up the stairs.

2022 summer vacay

House is clean and up to date. Patio was great with many ceiling fans and shade to make it comfortable even on a hot summer day. Beds were incredible. Finally the dock, it had a perfect jumping platform, easy access to main lake, and was a great place to relax.
