Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave used beds unmade. Remove any toys from the pool. Set the thermostat to 74 deg upstairs and downstairs.
Close the storm shutters. Place the shutter key back in the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
