This lovely little townhome has been in our family for over 50 years. It was initially purchased by my parents when we were just children. It was always my mother’s very special and cherished place. Memories will forever be embedded in our brains of days spent swimming, making sand castles, searching for sea shells, and long walks along the shore. Its preservation and care was entrusted to us, her two daughters, at the time of her death in 2021. It continues to be a great source of joy for my mother's close friends, children, and now grandchildren. We hope that you enjoy your beach getaway and make some wonderful memories of your own. Why they chose this property
Great location. Just steps from the beach. Property is nicely nestled between Rehoboth Beach, Silver Lake, and Dewey Beach. There is a small private beach area just outside the back door perfect for windy days and small children. Rehoboth Beach boardwalk is located only about 1/2 mile walk along the beach. Outlet shopping less than 2 miles away.
