Les Arcs for Christmas 2024!

Fabulous apartment. Very spacious. Easy to get to and came with easy access up in to Les Villards. I would definitely stay again!

Appartement spacieux, très bien exposé dans une résidence calme et bien entretenue, très très bien équipé, literies confortables, cuisine avec tout ce que l'on peux espérer d'une vrai cuisine, un lave linge, vaisselle en quantité etc... bref un appartement 5 étoiles. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et répondent vite aux questions posées.Deux bémols : la situation de l'appartement un peu loin des pistes, pour y accéder : la navette qui passe toutes les 20 minutes ou le passage via un immeuble en empruntant 2 ascenseurs, mais l'appartement compense ce désagrément. Excellent séjour sous le soleil .

Absolutely superb apartment. Very well equipped - lots of glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Also had some of the basics (salt / pepper / some cooking oil) which makes life much easier! Really comfortable beds and a great common area - we hosted about 15 people one evening on Pancake night! Hosts are excellent, very good and responsive on messages, and keen to help. Strongly recommend!

Prachtige, nette en complete woning. Smart TV, bank, prima Wifi, volledig uitgeruste keuken en zelfs een kerstboom met de kerstdagen! Kleine trip naar de piste (10 min), maar door mogelijkheid om via lift in naastgelegen gebouw omhoog te gaan, prima te doen. Tip is wel om je ski's in een locker op te bergen.We hebben genoten!

Wohnung als solche ist zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist klasse und sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings ist sie nicht barrierefrei zu erreichen. Es gibt zwar einen Fahrstuhl, aber im Flur sind immer wieder mal 2 Stufen um zum Fahrstuhl zu gelangen. Außerdem müsste mal wieder eine gewisse Grundreinigung vorgenommen werden. DIeses liegt aber auch teilweise an den Gästen, wenn das in der Spülmaschine nicht saubergewordene Geschirr einfach so wieder in den Schrank gestellt wird. Aber auch Fenstergriffe müssten mal geschmiert werden, damit sie wieder besser funktionieren. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Allerdings sollte in der Beschreibung auch enthalten sein, wie man auf den Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus gelangt. Uns wurde nichts ausgehändigt zum Öffnen der Schranke. Kleiner Tipp zum Schluss: bitte selbst für Toilettenpapier sorgen!

Appartement confortable de 68 m2 dont 2 grandes chambres

Cet appartement est au calme de la station. Un parking sécurisé pour votre véhicule est à votre disposition avec un accès au pied de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble. Suffisamment agencé au niveau de la cuisine pour vous permettre de prendre vos repas en famille. Lave-vaisselle et lave-linge bien pratiques surtout pour la période de sports d'hiver. Des propriétaires disponibles réactifs et à l'écoute si besoin. Pour ma part excellentes relations. Immeuble calme et reposant avec passage d'une mini cascade en contre-bas de la terrasse qui donne tout son charme pour se ressourcer. Pour les notes 4 ETOILES, ceci n'est pas du fait des propriétaires qui ne sont pas sur place, mais plutôt de l'organisme qui en a la gestion. Appréciation générale 4 à cause du gestionnaire. Mais je pense qu'après l'intervention des Propriétaires, tout rentrera dans l'ordre.

Appartement grand et fonctionnel

Nous avons bien été accueillis par Karim. Très disponible, il a répondu à toutes nos questions, nous a guidé jusqu’à l’appartement et nous expliqué avec courtoisie toutes les modalités. L’appartement est grand, fonctionnel et bien équipé . La literie des chambres est très confortable et il y a beaucoup de rangements. La terrasse située au dessus d’une petite Source est bien exposée et l’on peut y observer plein d’animaux sauvages (oiseaux, lièvres etc…) Nous émettons un petit bémol sur sa localisation qui n’est finalement pas à 5 minutes des pistes et du centres mais plutôt à un bon quart d’heure de marche et destinée aux sportifs. Heureusement la navette passe juste devant et elle dessert toute la station.

Cher Alexandre, Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire et sommes heureux que l’appartement vous a plu. Concernant l’accès à la station, la conciergerie a malheureusement oublié de vous donner le badge qui permet d’y accéder en ascenseur par le bâtiment qui est en face de la résidence. Cet accès vous permet de gagner le centre de la station en 5 minutes. Une autre possibilité est de prendre la navette qui se trouve à 50 mètre de la résidence et qui passe toutes les 20 minutes.
