Quiet apartment for 8 people, Arcs 1800 with valley view and at the foot of the slopes

Superb duplex apartment very well located in Arc 1800 in Les Villards, res: RUITOR on the 6th floor with elevator, balcony with view on the valley without vis-Ă -vis West exposure. Ski locker in the residence. Concierge service in the residence with the possibility of hiring (sheets / towels / tea towels ...) and other services (cleaning).

Housing :

Ground floor: Entrance with hall storage. Separate WC. Bathroom with bathtub. Cabin with bunk beds. Living room with open fitted kitchen (including dishwasher / combi microwave-grill / kettle / coffee maker / toaster).
1st floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom on landing with 2 single beds, shower room with WC.

Once the accommodation has been reserved, you will receive various documents for the procedure to follow regarding the functioning of the apartment: handing over of the keys on the day of arrival, situation of the apartment, discounts on lessons and ski equipment, optional services for the concierge: cleaning, rental of sheets / towels / tea towels


The apartment must be left clean. This will be checked during the inventory on exit. If necessary, a deduction from the deposit can be made. If desired, cleaning service is possible at an additional cost from the concierge.

The proposed accommodation is located in Bourg-Saint-Maurice, Auvergne-RhĂŽne-Alpes, France accessible by TGV.
The RUITOR residence is close to the shuttle station (connecting Bourg Saint Maurice, Les Arcs 1600 ...) and 5 minutes' walk from all shops and activities (ESF, ski pass, ski hire, snow front, supermarket ...). The transarc is less than 5 minutes away on foot and it is even possible to put on your skis at the exit of the residence ...
The resort of Les Arcs 1800 is part of the large Paradiski ski area with its 128 ski slopes served by nearly 52 ski lifts. Thanks to its particular geographical situation, this station profits from a consequent sunning and guarantees exceptional snow conditions. Photos trompeuses !!

Quelles surprise Ă  notre arrivĂ©e de constater qu'il n'y absolument pas 4 chambres comme indiquĂ© mais seulement 2 vraies chambres ! Et encore dont une qui a Ă©tĂ© ajoutĂ©e au dessus du salon par des travaux trĂšs approximatifs, toutes les odeurs de la cuisine remontent car ce n'est pas fermĂ© et aucune insonorisation par rapport au salon du coup. De plus, impossible d'ouvrir la fenĂȘtre de la chambre car une rambarde a Ă©tĂ© mise sans raison et bloque l'ouverture de la seule fenĂȘtre de la chambre. Les deux autres chambres indiquĂ©es ? Une cabine avec tout juste la place pour un lit superposĂ©. Impossible de faire un pas. A la rigueur c'est indiquĂ© pourquoi pas. Mais la 4Ăšme chambre n'est absolument pas une chambre mais juste deux lits dans le couloir ! Alors oui c'est indiquĂ© "chambre sur le pallier" et a posteriori nous avons compris ce que cela signifiait mais c'est n'est absolument pas clair et il est bien mentionnĂ© 4 chambres. Une chambre a une porte !! Les photos ont Ă©tĂ© prises de facon trompeuses faisant mĂȘme croire Ă  une fenĂȘtre mais qui donne en fait sur l'autre chambre. De plus nous nous sommes brulĂ©s plusieurs fois dans la douche du haut qui se met d'un coup sans raison Ă  sortir de l'eau littĂ©ralement bouillante, surement quelqu'un dans l'immeuble qui allume le robinet... Ah et la cabine de douche fuit. Draps hors de prix et 25 de "livraison" de draps alors que la conciergerie est au pied de l'immeuble.Bref tout cela mĂ©rite clairement un remboursement partiel.

Appartement au calme avec une magnifique vue sur la vallĂ©e et les montagnes. Tout le nĂ©cessaire y est (seule une machine Ă  laver manque). Les commerces et les dĂ©parts pour les randonnĂ©es sont proches, de nombreuses activitĂ©s sont Ă  faire dans la station! Le parking et la piscine extĂ©rieure privĂ©e de l’immeuble sont de vrais plus. Location conforme Ă  l'annonce. Le principal y Ă©tait avec une bonne situation par rapport Ă  la station. Nous Ă©tions 2 couples et nous y avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour. Le parking au mĂȘme niveau que l'appartement vraiment le top!! surtout s'il neige les jours d'arrivĂ©es ou de dĂ©parts. Contact par mail avec le propriĂ©taire simple, rapide, sympathique et efficace. Appartement sympa mais photos trompe l'oeil car nous aurions imaginé un salon séjour plus grand et cela aurait été mieux adapté pour le nombre de vacanciers. L'accueil et les précisions sur le déroulé et les procédures d'accueil restent sommaires et froides.

UN BEL APPARTEMENT

Bel appartement , agréable , lumineux, bien équipé(beaucoup de vaisselle, produits d'entretien etc...) Le propriétaire est réactif dans ses mails et sympathique. Dommage que le détail de l'équipement ne soit pas davantage explicité: nous aurions emporté moins de choses (flûtes à champagne, produits d'entretien etc...) .

bel appartement pour une famille

MĂȘme si la superficie est rĂ©duite, l'appart est bien agencĂ© et permet d'avoir 3 chambres rĂ©ellement fermĂ©es, ce qui est rare aux Arcs. L'escalier est dans l'entrĂ©e isolĂ©e du salon par une porte ce qui est primordial pour la sĂ©curitĂ© des petits explorateurs.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement trÚs confortable.

Appartement trÚs bien situé dans une station dynamique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La procédure d'arrivée a été définie avec la conciergerie qui était fermée : pas facile de trouver l'entrée du garage et la sortie de la résidence tous seuls mais au final, nous avons réussi. La résidence est trÚs bien équipée et sécurisée. L'appartement était propre et confortable. Merci au propriétaire pour les informations données.

7 ans que nous allons aux Arcs 1800, notre meilleur souvenir

L'appartement est bien, avoir 2 salles de bain en famille est un plus, avoir 2 toilettes aussi. 2 grands lits est important quand est une famille de grand. La piscine permet de se détendre aprÚs les randonnées et quand il y a des fortes chaleurs et permet de rencontrer les autres occupants de l'immeuble installant une belle atmosphÚre dans l'immeuble.

TrÚs bel appartement conforme aux descriptions. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances en famille. Le logement est proche de tous les commerces ainsi que des remontées mécaniques. De plus le propriétaire est agréable, réactif et sérieux. Confortable et bien placé! Je recommande.

Nous avons passé une semaine super dans cet appartement. La vue est superbe. Nous etions 7 personnes et l'agencement est parfait pour ce nombre de personnes (2 SDB: 1 douche et 1 baignoire!; 2 WC)... Proche de toutes commodités (location skis, nourritures, forfaits) on peut partir skis au pieds depuis le chemin en face du ruitor. Pour le retour, on devait marcher 30 m en descente ( vraiment pas difficile). Le propriétaire était joignable et à répondu à toutes nos attentes rapidement.
