This spacious First Floor unit is centrally located in Breckenridge with easy walking distance to the center of town, and only a short uphill walk to the Snowflake lift. Amenities include a well stocked kitchen, a private wash/dryer, stonewall gas fireplace, and private balcony. There are two on site hot tubs as well as access to the Upper Village pool. The unit also has an outside locking ski storage closet.

The layout of this unit is a great setup for multiple families sharing the unit or larger families. It sleeps 6 with a Queen in the master suite, and a Queen, and twin bunk beds, in the second suite with a TV.
This is a warm, embracing, FIRST FLOOR condo, in the perfect location for enjoying Breckenridge. Just 2 blocks from the Snowflake Lift, at the bottom of Four O’clock ski run and one block from the center of Breckenridge where you can shop, dine, explore the galleries and enjoy the nightlife.
Across the street from Park Place, you can catch the Town Trolley for roaming around Breckenridge or the Summit Stage which will take you to Keystone or Copper Mountain ski areas as well as the other Summit County communities – all for FREE. The Town Trolley can take you to the indoor recreation center where you can enjoy the swimming pool, water slide, rock climbing, tennis, racquetball and fitness center.
Covered parking is available at Park Place and, we furnish a free parking permit pass for your stay at our Unit.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return all keys, parking passes, and pool access cards to the location you found them. Replace key in lock box and be sure the lock box is locked.
All trash and kitchen garbage, must be bagged and thrown away in the complex’s dumpster located in the SW corner of the parking lot behind building E.
Be sure fireplace is turned off and set all thermostats to 65 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We have been enjoying Colorado for over 30 years. We have family that live year-round in Breck and Dillon. We have always been enchanted by the mountains, both in winter and in summer. Our two children have grown up spending many ski and summer seasons playing in this wonderful environment. Our son went to college in Colorado because he liked it so much. He remains in Colorado raising his own family.
Why they chose this property
We chose Park Place for our second home and vacation rental because of its ideal location. The center of town is just a block across the street and over the Blue river. You can sit on the balcony and hear the music from River Walk Center, a beautiful cultural events center for the town. Everything is within walking distance: great restaurants, art galleries, shops, the Snowflake lift, and even the Gondola. The Gondola is free to ride up to Peak 8 base in the summer. Keep your camera ready for moose sightings!
What makes this property unique
Our unit is on the first floor and very close to the hot tubs compared to other units. Easy to come home to without having to climb multiple flights of stairs at the end of a fun day of skiing or other adventures. This is important to note since there are no elevators in Park Place.
