It is in short walking distance to Main St. where guests can enjoy the shopping, dining, nightlife, and everything that the Breckenridge has to offer.


It is in walking distance to the Snowflake Chairlift, which will take guests right onto the slopes. At the end of the day, guests can also ski down 4 O’clock Run in order to get back to Sundowner II. The location makes it easy for guests to truly soak in the wonders of this lively, mountain town.


Sundowner II #124 is a stylish, newly updated condo. As guests walk into the unit, the main level is open and spacious, with the living room, dining, and kitchen area. The living room has three luxurious, leather sofas and one turns into a sofa sleeper for extra bedding. The living room has a cozy, stone fireplace and a TV. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has newer appliances, granite counter tops, and a breakfast bar with extra seating. The dining room area sits next to the kitchen with enough room for the entire party.


The condo has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is large, with a queen-sized bed, TV, Breckenridge views, and a private bathroom. The private bathroom has a jetted jacuzzi tub, shower, and vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well and a private bathroom. The private bathroom for the second bedroom has a newly remodeled, sizeable walk-in shower and a vanity. The main level has a half bathroom and the condo has an in-unit washer and dryer.


This home has a local check in and check out service at Wood Winds Lodging in town. This provides the guests with a concierge front desk, local assistance, and 24-hour on call service.

Sundowner II guests have access to the on-site hot tub and the Upper Village indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. The Upper Village Pool facilities is located next door to Sundowner II. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons

This condo is very spacious and comfortable in the main living area. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. Big comfortable dining table for eating and game play! There's a hot tub closely located to this building which was very nice.

Perfect location for skiing/town

We stayed here for a holiday weekend ski trip. The location was ideal - a short 1.5 block walk (uphill) to the Snowflake ski lift as well as a short 2-3 block walk into town. It was the perfect size place with all that we needed. Would stay in this location again for a trip to Breckenridge.

Would definitely stay again, it’s exactly as described, even the beds / pillows are comfortable. If you like sleeping in total darkness you might want to bring a few Base ball caps to cover the thermostats which are astonishingly bright in every room. Excellent.

Older property that has been remodeled. Feels a bit dated but nice and clean none the less. Great TV system with many channels and access to Netflix. Good location for walking to town and nice hot tub. Stove is a little dated and there appeared to be a leak under the kitchen sink.

Easy walk to snowflake chair and main street restaurants and shops. Free shuttle bus stop right outside building. Inside, the condo was spacious yet comfortable. Kitchen well equiped to cook stews, soups and anything else you like. TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Covered, underground garage with elevator. Can't think of anything else we could have wanted.

Great base for a a family week in Breck!

The property was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful, very well cared for and perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well appointed as were the bathrooms. For our summer visit, the lack of A/C was not an issue as the upstairs rooms had fans (and the outdoor night time temp was sub 60F). The location, a brief 10 min walk to downtown Breck and a 15 min walk to the Peak 8 Gondola, make getting around town super easy. The only time we moved the car was to go for a hike outside of town! We would love to come back to this property in the future!

The kitchen is so spacious and sitting around the fireplace was the perfect way to end the day. The access to the Upper Village Pools, was a nice bonus especially if you have young ones. Also just a quick walk to the snow flake lift. Would 100% recommend to any group and/or family.

Fun Family Ski Holiday

We had a great and comfortable stay for our New Year 6 day, 5 night vacation. The place was very clean and updated with everything we needed. The ski lift shuttle is ride outside the building and it's only 2 stops to peak 9. We walk to town in a few minutes for dinners and groceries. The outdoor hot tubs and heated pool are so much fun for the kiddos and relaxing for us. It is a bit of a walk in the snow but it's a gorgeous walk through the trees and we just drag the kids on their sled and they laugh the whole time. Otherwise we just worked from the condo as needed while the girls played games by the fireplace. Perfect vacation and we can't wait to do it again.

Fall Getaway

Absolutely wonderful! This place was immaculate and the location couldn't be beat! It was within walking distance of anything and everything we needed! There was more than enough room for my family of 4 and having the bedrooms upstairs was a definite perk. Only disappointment was that the pools were closed for the fall season. When I went back and looked, the description was accurate for this rental but on another rental that shared the same pool (upper village), it said it was open year round. Not the fault of this listing, but with two youngsters, we were really looking forward to the pool. Still had plenty to do though and only wished we had more time! Thank you for sharing your amazing property with us!
