Beautiful 1 BR / 2BA loft with vaulted ceilings located in the heart of Avon with FREE Beaver Creek skier shuttle. 10 minute drive to Vail.
Condo is located in the heart of Avon and an easy walk to restaurants, bars, grocery store, coffee shops, ski shops, etc. There are endless family friendly activities to do locally year round.
Bedroom with queen bed and bathroom is located upstairs which is open to the living area downstairs. Downstairs is the living room, kitchen, and second full bathroom. There is a comfy queen blowup bed for those that need a second bed.
Condo has AIR CONDITIONING, electric fire place, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and everything you'll need for your stay (extra sheets, blankets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, etc.).
One dedicated parking space in underground heated garage.
BEST SUITED FOR A COUPLE OR A SMALL FAMILY. Sleeps 4 max.
Pets are NOT allowed per HOA.
