This rental has 2 FLOORS, 5 BEDROOMS, 4.5 BATHS, FREE HIGH-SPEED WIFI, HEATED SALTWATER POOL WITH COVERED LANAI, GAME ROOM, 7 HDTV's, 2 SEPARATE LIVING SPACE AREAS with 100 and 75 inch smart HD televisions. Villa abuts conservation land with no rear neighbors.

Stainless steel appliances, kitchen stools, family room sofa/love seat and washer machine.

Great for large or multiple families! Exceptionally maintained home with a conveniently located spacious Master King-size suite on first floor that includes a large en-suite with walk-in closet and access to pool area. Access the FREE WiFi to work from home, have your kids do school work online, or just sit back and enjoy views of the wooded conservation area where graceful water foul, like Great Heron, Sandhill Cranes, or White Ibis, can be seen. Step out through the sliding glass doors to the partially-covered patio of the In-ground Pool and enjoy your morning coffee. Four additional bedrooms and another large living room are located upstairs.

The spacious kitchen features a breakfast bar, quartz counter tops with plenty of counter space and access to the pool area. Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, toaster, coffee marker, and a crockpot. Plastic plates and glasses are also provided for outside dining.

All bedrooms have smart TVs, Roku or cable.

Pool deck area is screened for bug free fun and includes pool, jetted spa, 4 chaise lounge chairs, patio table with seating for 10 and pool floats.

Washer/dryer, irons and drying rack are located in the home.

Game room includes full size arcade game with over 3,000 games including Pac Man, Golden Tee, and many more!!! Plus air hockey and pool table for hours of fun!

Pack n play, stroller and highchair are complementary and available upon request.

Pool/jetted spa heat and propane gas grill are available for additional fee and need to be confirmed 48 hours prior to check-in.

Villa is located less than a 15 minute drive to Walt Disney World, easy access with no need to take toll roads or freeway! Minutes from world class golf courses, 5 minutes to the new Sunset Walk at Margaritaville and H20 Water Park. Orlando International Airport is 30 minutes drive.

Fantastic

We stayed with Maura, based on strong recommendations from close friends. We're glad we did! The house is close to Disney, had all the essentials and a little bit more for a toddler or infant, and a hottub for the adults after a long day at Disney.

Clean, Comfortable, great for families!

This home was perfect for our family that was celebrating a special occasion. We loved hanging out by the pool, getting competitive with the games in the game room, watching the Olympics together and coming back to a very comfortable bed at the end of a long day at the Disney parks. The owner was so quick to respond to any needs that came up and went above and beyond to make our stay special! Highly recommended!!!

The perfect getaway

The house was very spacious, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the pool was perfection. The game room was the cherry on top! The property manager was extremely responsive and made sure to provide all the items we could possibly need with a toddler. After the hustle and bustle of Disney, it was really nice to come back to the house and feel like we were home. We would absolutely return to this property!

Family Vacation

Everyone in our group LOVED this home. Everyone had their own space and were very comfortable. The kids took full advantage of the pool, hot tub and game room! Adults took advantage 1 night also with Adult Only Pool and Hot Tub time. Haha. Very nice property and we will definitely be back!

Great place to stay for a wedding

We were in Orlando for my daughter’s wedding. We had lots of family members staying or visiting during the week. The house was perfect. Entertaining space for 30, enough bedrooms and a great game room. We had one small issue on our first night - and it was resolved right away. Truly a great value and awesome location. We could get to Disney quickly - both to visit and that’s where the wedding was held. I highly recommend the house made even better by the awesome owners who were always available.

Beautiful property

We had a great stay, home was beautiful! There was an issue with the pool alarm when we arrived, but Maura sent the property manager almost immediately and it was fixed. House was about 20-30 minutes to Disney depending on traffic.

Great Stay

Did a quick Disney trip with my family. Loved the house, it was perfect for us. Quick drive to the parks, and location was convenient to stores etc. Kids love d swimming in the pool after a long day in the parks. Will be back for sure.

The visit was relaxing and cozy, recommend doing it again.

Things happen but being able to communicate with the manager or owner in a timely manner to resolve issues made it a good visit.
