The Endless Summer Florida House is a spacious and well-appointed vacation home located in the gated community of Sunset Lakes in Kissimmee, Florida.

The bright and welcoming interior offers an open foyer, two living rooms, a dining room, a full kitchen with new appliances and counter seating, a dinette, a guest bathroom, a laundry room, and an attached two-car garage.

The Endless Summer Florida Home offers five guest bedrooms and three full bathrooms on the second floor, including two master bedrooms. The master suite has a private bath with a large soaking tub, toilet room, stand-up shower, and two vanities.
This enchanting property features a large screened-in southeast-facing heated pool and spa, outdoor shower, large covered lanais with a lake view, chaise lounges, and table/chairs. As a bonus, the home adjoins Sunset Lake, a well-stocked fishing lake and conservation area.

Premium sheets and towels are provided, as well as pool towels. This home has amenities for children, including a pack-and-play, high chair, baby gates, stroller, and a complement of dishes and cups.

Driveway parking, clothes washer and dryer, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, and cable TV are complimentary for our guests. Pool heat can be purchased in the cooler months and a BBQ can be rented.

If you decide to explore Sunset Lake during your stay, you'll find a small fishing pier as well as a cabana where you can enjoy the sunrise and spectacular sunset.

But wait... there's more! As you approach Endless Summer you'll pass communal facilities, including a large swimming pool with changing facilities and chaise lounges plus a small playground for younger children.

We loved everything about our stay! Suvh a great property, clean, such great space gor our family. Communication was great. Host was accommodating. Property manager was SO responsive and numerous check ins. The pool was such a hit with our boys. This was the perfect vacation spot for our Orlando stay. We DEFINITELY want to come again!

Both Scott and Kathy were excellent and attentive hosts, quick to answer any questions we had. The house is hidden away in a gated community with a private pool and lake views. It had everything we needed near us and was close enough to all the parks and attractions that most people visit central Florida to see. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay that I would love to book again!

Great Location and Beautiful House

Only stayed for a week but the house was great. Clean, nicely decorated and geared up for a family vacation. We had a couple of issues during our stay but the owner and property manager were extremely quick to respond and the problems were immediately resolved. Definitely recommend

Great house!

The house was great and clean! It has two dinning room tables to eat at, a nice sized pool, washer and dryer, etc. Bedrooms are all on second floor. Property management team was responsive and kind. We would stay again.

Amazing

This property is amazing and everything you need to relax, spread out and have fun with your family or friends. Pool, spa and deck area are huge and so much fun after a long day of walking at the parks. Location is close to everything fun in the Orlando area. The owner and his team are excellent, quick communicators. We would definitely rent again. Cheers!!

Family Pre Christmas vacation

The home was absolutely what we were looking for, comfortable and spacious. The distance to the attractions are within reasonable distance. Don’t forget to bring toiletries , laundry detergent . The only issue is parking, it only has 2 car parking just in case few members are traveling on there own cars.

The place was nice but when originally booking there was no information about having to sign more documents. 2 of the documents were agreements to not sue host in the future if rented...this raised immediate concern is because I never had to do so before and there was nothing written in the description. Also, he made it a point to tell me twice he was a police detective...inside the home there are signs all over stating how much they would charge for towels and wash clothes (outside every bathroom) . They monitor every time the patio door opens . Our first day unloading and putting things aside the patio door was left open for 20-30 minutes and the host sent screenshots and and stated "the patio door is open" mind you it will still say "open" if the door is slightly cracked. It was just an uncomfortable stay especially for a mom with kids and anxiety. Home was okay,the pool and spa were dirty and need some deep cleaning. House could have been cleaned better..but it seems the previous renters are expected to do most of cleaning...the host supplies towels but if you use too much of the lining they charge extra..this is a "be mindful" stay.

There are communal facilities available for all guests, comprising of a large swimming pool with changing facilities and chaise lounges, plus a play area for children.

Disney World can be reached within 10 minutes and The Universal Parks/Sea World is a 20-minute drive. There are many golf courses close by for the golf enthusiasts.
