Why they chose this property
I chose this property because of its Florida Charm. It has a beautiful large porch and backyard surrounded by nice landscaping. Wood floors are warm and welcoming. The bedrooms are spacious. Deerfield Beach is walking distance from the house. The home is near 95 expressway and in the middle of everything. Delray Beach is 20 min north. Boca Raton Mizner Park is 10 min away. Miami is 45 min away. I live 7 minutes away so its easy to manage and upkeep the property.

Its a very private home. Room for everyone. Great for a family. One story property. Easy access to Hillsboro Blvd, Feral Hwy and Ocean Blvd too. Near expressways. The house is wheel-chair accessible front & back yard. A bathroom is wheel-chair accessible too.
