Wonderful stay in the Charante

A week in sunny Charente.This cottage is an outstanding place to stay-clean, comfortable, well - equipped and a special place to relax. Quiet, in a small village full of history. Very well -equipped with nearby facilities in Rouillhac

Beautiful house

We had a fantastic stay here. The house, gardens and pool are lovely. It's very peaceful and private. The fully walled gardens meant we did not have to worry about our dog escaping. The pool is very big and very deep at one end, but it does have a wide step which would be good for smaller children to play on. Echallat is very quiet and pretty. You will need to drive for 10+ minutes to the nearest shops etc.

Very relaxing holiday in a beautiful house

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Caroline and Antoine's house in Echallat. The house, gardens and pool area are beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped. Caroline responded promptly to the few questions I had while we were there. It is worth clarifying however, that the third bedroom can only be reached via the second bedroom. This was not a problem for us, but it could be for a group of 6 expecting private rooms. Overall we loved the house and the surrounding area and look forward to visiting again.

Villa pour 4 personnes du fait qu'il n'y ait qu'une vrai salle de bain et que pour quitter une des chambres, il faille passer par une autre. Quelques points à améliorer

Notre escale charentaise au coeur du village d'Echallat

Une magnifique maison nichée au coeur de très jolis jardins et agrémentée d'une superbe piscine le tout à l'abri des regards. La maison est décorée avec soin et avec goût. Tout est fait pour se détendre et se sentir d'emblée chez soi. L'accueil organisé par Jean-Louis, l'adjoint au maire du village, vous permet de découvrir combien les habitants de ce village sont charmants.Petit plus, les chiens bien éduqués sont admis et ils ne courent aucun danger car les jardins et la piscine sont totalement clôturés. Nous reviendrons, Brigitte, Jean et Lola
