Welcome to my home, which I built with love, set on a 1,500-square-meter lot. It’s located 5 minutes from Cognac in a small, very quiet village called Richemont. You’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the woods—the perfect setting to recharge.<br><br>It can accommodate 8 adults.<br><br>The property:<br><br>A CHIC AND COSY, FULLY EQUIPPED HOME<br><br>❖ 4 bedrooms: 1 bed 180x200, 2 beds 140x190, 1 90x190 loft bed & 1 120x190 bed<br><br>❖ + 1 140x190 sofa bed (extra beds)<br><br>❖ 1 large living room with a sleeper sofa and dining area (seats up to 8 people)<br><br>❖ Cook delicious meals in a fully equipped, high-end kitchen with a microwave, oven, hob/range hood, and fridge/freezer. As well as all the necessary kitchenware.<br><br>❖ 1 large bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower + 2 private half-baths<br><br>The entire house (150 m²) is rented out and accommodates up to 8 people (€10 surcharge for 2 or more people).<br><br>Pets are not allowed (for hygiene reasons) and the property is smoke-free.<br><br>THE KITCHEN<br><br>The kitchen features a long worktop that seats a family of four for meals. It is fully equipped with an induction cooktop and range hood, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker (SENSEO), a toaster, and a COOKEO…<br><br>BASIC AMENITIES<br><br>Toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, trash bags, salt, pepper, cooking oils, sugar, tea, and coffee capsules (SENSEO) are provided, along with 6 fresh eggs to be collected from the chicken coop.<br><br>SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED<br><br>You don’t have to worry about sheets and towels—they’re provided.<br><br>OUTDOOR FACILITIES<br><br>Swing, zip line, sandpit, and children’s play equipment.<br><br>Lounge chairs<br><br>Grill and firewood available<br><br>Terrace<br><br>Access to the chicken coop and the opportunity to collect fresh eggs<br><br>Heated outdoor spa (optional)<br><br>ADDITIONAL OPTION<br><br>❖ Access to the heated outdoor hot tub for an additional fee of 40€/day (24 hours)<br><br>GUEST ACCESS<br><br>100% self-contained accommodation with private, secure parking in front of the house. Idyllic walks through the woods along streams, to be enjoyed on foot or by bike around the house.<br><br>The garage is for private use only<br><br>OTHER NOTES<br><br>△ Allergies: There are 2 very affectionate cats that can stay in the garage or outside if necessary.<br><br>Parties are allowed upon request, as I need to notify the neighbors<br><br>I am available 24 hours a day if needed.
