A large laundry room with a fridge, a washing machine and a dryer, with access to a covered carport, which can accommodate bicycles and windsurfing etc... A separate toilet. A bedroom with a 160*200 bed, a chest of drawers, a dressing area and a bathroom with double sink and a large shower, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer. A smoke detector.

Only 700 m from the beach, 900 m from the covered market and the very famous market (3 times a week) and all the shops (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, supermarket, pharmacy, bar, restaurant, tobacconist/press, florist etc.) and the town centre, its casino, the indoor swimming pool, its Thermal Centre. But also, access to the sailing and nautical school, and its mini-golf.

Not to mention access to the sea bus (access to Saint-Malo ferry terminal) to walk around the corsair city and admire its ramparts.
You can easily reach the Channel Islands, the island of Cézembre.
