Une belle maison de caractère très très bien équipée, aussi bien en électroménager qu'au niveau des jouets pour enfants et livres.La propreté était très correcte pour une maison ancienne de cette taille.C'est un refuge de tranquillité, avec un grand jardin, tout en étant à 3 minutes à pied d'un magasin de producteurs fermiers et à une quinzaine de minutes du centre-ville de Paramé (et de son marché), ou à 10 minutes en voiture de Saint-Malo. Enfin un compagnon surprise vous attend dans le jardin, et même les plus réticents au début n'ont pu s'empêcher d'apprécier sa bonne humeur et ses caquètements discrets :)Une fois le premier contact établi, la communication avec le propriétaire a été rapide et efficace. Bref, pour résumer je recommande et aucun problème à signaler ! Petit plus: en sus des draps et serviettes, des savons et gels douches étaient également fournis.
