This corner unit is great for families or couples alike! Spacious and comfortable with recent upgrades, this condo includes the following amenities:
-WiFi
-Clubhouse (indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi tub, and sauna, clubhouse room with full kitchen, TV area, working desk and free internet)
-Coin operated laundry is just a few doors away on the ground level
-Shampoo, conditioner, soap and blow-dryer at your fingertips. Plenty of towels are available.
-Open living area with 75" 4K TV, wood-burning fireplace, games/DVDs/puzzles/books
-Dining space including seating for 8 at the table and 5 at the island.
-Patio space overlooking the creek with a propane grill and seating
-Remodeled kitchen with new appliances and amenities to make life easy and convenient like an instant pot, coffee grinder, fridge with filtered water and ice-maker, new pots and pans, plenty of dishes, crock-pot, and other small appliances.
-3 true Bedrooms including a king bed (master), queen bed (BR2), and captains bunk (BR3)
-Recently remodeled master bathroom with in-floor heat and upgraded fixtures.
-2nd full bath has been upgraded as well with tile and a rain showerhead (no bathtubs in this unit)

This complex is well managed/monitored and is not the place if you are looking for a partying-type atmosphere.  The space is ideal for families, couples trips, or small groups of friends.  The minimum age to rent is 25 years.  Children are welcome in the unit when accompanied by adults.  Pets are not allowed at this complex.  Smoking (of any kind) is also not allowed. 

Creekside Condo is a block from Main Street for walkability to dining, shopping, festivals, etc. The shuttle stop is also a block away. There is easy access to trails year round and multiple ski resorts are within an hour's drive:

Fantastic location, beautiful place

Really great location. Steps away from hiking and biking trails (much better than Silverthorne or even Breckenridge IMO). Also the patio opens to the 10 mile creek, providing a really relaxing place to enjoy coffee. The floors were newly renovated, adding to the experience. We have travelled to summit county for more than 25 years, and this was one of our favorite places to stay ever. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Creekside Condo

Stayed 4 nights and wished it could have been longer. This would be a very long review if I attempted to list all the superlatives that describe this condo and the owners' attentiveness: Extremely comfortable, very spacious, well-appointed, beautiful creekside condo, close enough to the Main Street restaurants to walk (6-7 minutes) and far enough to be an extremely quiet, creek-forested setting. The condo is immaculate and well maintained. This condo absolutely will be our 1st choice for a return trip to Frisco.

We’ve been coming to Frisco or Crested Butte for 20 years and this has to be our favorite place we’ve rented. The unit is located perfectly, stocked perfectly, and perfect in every other way. Tenmile creek is literally at your doorstep. Open living space. Bedrooms are large. Cabinets are full of any utensil appliance you could want. As we checked out, we were looking for more availability for later in the year. We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful Month!

We stayed for a whole month (mid-July to mid-August) to escape the heat of south Louisiana. The condo was perfect! We had enough room to host some friends who visited for a few days and for some family members who came later in our stay. It is about a 10 minute walk to the center of Frisco providing easy access to all of the shops and activities. There are hiking trails and bike paths nearby, all of which are also within a very short walk (a block or two) from the condo. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail and Keystone are all within a 15-20 minute drive. The condo itself is as represented in the photos. It was very comfortable, clean, well furnished and equipped. There is a very comfortable, open plan living/dining area which is well shown in the photos. There is a nice patio with a gas BBQ grill and, just outside the patio, there is a lovely creek. The Master bedroom has a private, attached bath which is as shown in the photos. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The second bath (two sinks) is across the hall from that bedroom. The shower/toilet area in that bath, although a bit small, is nice and certainly functional. The third bedroom has the "bunk bed" (full size on the bottom - twin on top). There is a half-bath across the hall from this third bedroom. There is also a "mud room" near the entrance. Laundry room is about three doors away. The owners were VERY responsive to the minor questions that naturally arose during our stay. We did not want to go home!

The condo was great, and communication with the owner was excellent. The kitchen was very well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We liked the large dining table and the cozy couches. The location allowed us to walk to dinner or start a hike right across the street. The indoor pool/spa area is older and not very welcoming, but this is no fault of the host/owner.

This condo was perfect for our family of five. The location is within walking distance of Main St., and just a short drive from Copper Mtn where we skied all week. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and stocked with necessities.
