• Short walk (300 steps) to Atlantic ocean.
• Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms plus sleep sofa in living room.
• Two full baths. ( first bath tub/shower , second bath shower)
• Off street parking for 2 cars.
• The cottage is dog friendly for dog under 35 pounds. Ask owner..
• Two shaded porches provide great outdoor space with picnic table .
• Central Heat and Air
• Fully equipped kitchen:(refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, dishwasher, range, microwave ), plus blender, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, pots, pans, toaster .
• Bedroom #1 has a king bed and Roku Television.
• Bedroom #2 has a full-size bed with smart tv.
• Sleeping room 3 has a queen size bed with a chest of drawers.. Smart T V. . With work area.
• Other features include a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, WIFI high speed internet, 55-inch flat screen TV in the living room with Direct TV. Master bedroom has Roku TV and local channels. 2nd Bedroom smart T. V. Freshly laundered linens and towels are provided. . The cottage is next door to a second story unit with no shared walls. It is 2 blocks from 5 restaurants, and 1/2 block from Memorial Park with an updated fenced kids playground, sand volleyball and tennis courts, pavilions with picnic tables and grills. We abide by virus deterrent cleaning protocols using disinfectant and washing in hot water.

This has now become our fav place to vacation. Having the perfect VRBO to stay on was the cherry on top. The location was perfect . The rooms were spacious & we just felt so at home. Will def stay again!

The house was as listed. A cute little beach cottage! The rooms were set up nicely and every room was clean and well organized! Communication with the host was easy as was accessing the rental! Instructions were clear.

Lovely location, peculiar kitchen set-up, not very good water flow from bathroom faucet, yard was a little lacking for “pet friendly”. Overall, the neighborhood was quiet and nice for (dog) walking and the accommodations were comfortable. Thank you for allowing me to bring my dog!

Dolphin House

We loved the house. Beach, cozy, but just Europe for 5 ladies. I would totally recommend it to a family or just a group of friends. Hope to go back. Check it out

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin house, the location was great with the beach, shops, and park all within walking distance. We loved that we could bring our dog with us too!

The property was clean and check in very easy. Only thing I can say was unique about the property is the levelness of the floors and walls. They are not level in most rooms so it makes you feel kind of off balance when walking around. Overall it’s a cute beach cottage in a great area!

Cute Beach Cottage

We spent three weeks at Blue Dolphin, and were very pleased with the house. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It is also convenient to many restaurants and to the beach. The hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. I would recommend Blue Dolphin to anyone looking for a nice place to stay on Tybee Island.

Very clean inside. Outside had too many mosquitoes. Maybe they could spray for them. The mosquitos were swarming all around front porch and would come into the home. Nice neighborhood. Host was extremely responsive

We previously owned another vacation rental on Tybee Island from 2018 to 2020.I ( Ed had lived on Tybee Island for a 6 month consulting contract and fell in love with the island, people, atmosphere. We quickly adapted to "Tybee Time". We are dedicated to serving you and committed to you having an enjoyable, relaxing time at our
cottage. We sold our previous house and purchased the new rental cottage in late 2020. It is just 300 feet off the beach and a short walk to Memorial Park.. The new cottage has plenty of parking , We have always been premier hosts with VRBO and are now Premier Hosts. We have provided super vacation rentals to families and adults for 3 years. This is a traditional island cottage. Just 300 steps from the beach. Perfect for your morning coffee.. Easy comfortable living. It is just 300 feet off the beach and a short walk to Memorial Park.. The 1935 cottage has plenty of parking , very comfortable .

What makes this property unique

Cottage is within 2 blocks of 4 restaurant/bars: Sundaes, Agrave, Sugar Shack, 80 Gastro Pub, Tybee Praline Company, and Chu's convenience store, ABC Liquors.. Also Huck a poos and North Beach Bar and Grill are just short drive. One block from Tybee Memorial Park ( tennis, basket ball and volley ball courts, fenced children's play ground + 1 acre grass field for yard games + covered pavilions with grills for barbeques.
