I loved the location. Everything was within a 10 minute walking distance at max. The house was lovely but we were unaware of a second unit until the people who were staying in it knocked on our door about the washing machine that we were unaware we shared. There was absolutely no problem about it, we were just a little startled. Other than that we had an amazing stay.

Here's a professional and appreciative response: Thank you for your kind review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the location and found so many attractions, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance. We're also glad the home provided a lovely setting for your stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding the shared laundry area and the second unit. We understand how the unexpected interaction may have been surprising, and we'll review our listing details to ensure this arrangement is communicated more clearly to future guests. Thank you again for staying with us. We're thrilled that you had an amazing visit overall, and we would love the opportunity to host you again in the future!
