During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

The location was nice, beach access, and pool were all great. The room itself was spacious however it was outdated, lots of sand throughout the room, and the closet smelled very musty. The tower we were in felt neglected and dingy.

Great location and amenities

My 13 and 9 yo boys loves the close proximity to the beach and all the pools that came with the Patricia Grand. My husband and I enjoyed the conveniences of many nearby restaurants, the pool bar and grill, and the umbrella/chair rental service. However, there were several needed updates. There are few elevators which makes getting to and from the rooms a lengthy task. The elevators are also small and not air conditioned. This coupled with the long rides/wait, can make for an uncomfortable arrival to your destination. The television remotes either needed all new batteries or were not working properly and the viewing channels were spotty and had few options. We don’t go to the beach to sit around watching tv but we do like the option to wind down in the evenings with a family friendly program. All-in-all, I would recommend this for a quick get away (long weekend) but if you are looking for a week long vacation, I would recommend a place with a few more upgrades.

Family Vacation

I loved this property's location was oceanfront, spacious, and a king sofabed in the living room. For the amount charged, the furniture needs to be updated, along with some new carpet installed, the balcony lock was broken and needs to be fixed. Also, our two discount tickets were limited to certain attractions. Overall we enjoyed our summer fam vaca.

This room needs updated

Room 1408 was very disappointing compared to the rooms we have stayed at in the past. From last year to this year, the price doubled for our stay. The kitchen sink barely worked and looked like it was ancient, the couch was not comfortable at all, the toilet was wobbly and took forever to flush. I'm sure I'm forgetting something. Other than the room, the amenities were very nice! We did end up leaving early though because the new people beside up were so loud from slamming doors and yelling.

We expected the furnishings to be outdated and in need of refresh from other reviews so we weren’t terribly surprised to find this to be accurate. The mattress needs replaced as well but not completely uncomfortable. Didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so it was adequate. Loved seeing the beach and listening to the sound of waves from our balcony. That made our stay!! Started to get headaches and nauseous from the constant smell of weed as soon as we opened the door and walked outside . If the space was just mildly updated and smoking not allowed my review would go from 3 star to 5 star.

3 stars for Front desk and housekeeping responsive. Restaurant very good. Fitness center adequate. Nice view from porch. Two stars: The room, is worn, dated. All furniture is old needs replacement. Rug is worn stained, soiled and should be replaced. Dresser drawer, pull out drawers not operative. Tile in kitchen has cracks/defects. The unit needs a complete facelift. Disappointing.

Had to smell Pot all weekend long

Room was fine, but I could not open door and enjoy the ocean. If i did my room filled out with the smell of pot all weekend long. Several calls to the hotel and corporate. No one really done anything about it. I was not offered to move to another room or another property that Vacasa owns. I for sure will not be back.
