A triplex apartment, renovated in a chalet style, ideal for holidays with family or friends, accommodating 8 people. This apartment was designed as a modern chalet, combining warmth, style, and functionality to help you make the most of your holiday. It’s ideally located in the heart of the resort, just 50 metres from Place Caron and the shops, with a panoramic view from the 7th floor!!!

Description: This approximately 45 m² apartment is designed as a contemporary, welcoming, and functional chalet, perfect for a very enjoyable holiday with family or friends. Located in the heart of the resort, 50 metres from Place Caron and the slopes (direct-to-slope access), it overlooks the high street and the shopping and sports centre. All the activities and essential amenities (ski school, childcare, lift tickets, bakery, restaurants, supermarkets, ski equipment rental, etc.) are right nearby.
It also boasts a magnificent panoramic view of the resort’s slopes, with a very pleasant southwest-facing orientation. A ski locker is available in the building’s ski room.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find:
* On the ground floor: The entryway includes a closet, a ski boot dryer for 8 pairs, and leads to the first bathroom, which has a shower, sink, and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: an induction cooktop, microwave, conventional oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine, and plenty of storage cabinets.
The living room features a sofa, a TV, a dining table with chairs and stools, and an electric heater designed to look like a fireplace, creating a cosy “by-the-fire” atmosphere. A French door leads to the balcony, where you can admire the superb panoramic view of the Val Thorens slopes.
* Upstairs: A wooden staircase leads to the upper level, where you’ll find the first bedroom with a double bed and the second bathroom, featuring a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has two double beds, a TV, and storage space. The mattresses on the three double beds are firm and thick.
* In the loft: A ladder leads to the loft sleeping area, a spacious 15 m² space that includes two double beds, with a maximum ceiling height of 1.50 m. Please note: access is difficult for very young children!

The accommodation therefore sleeps a maximum of 10 people, but is only truly comfortable for 8, particularly in the living room and dining area.

Cleaning and linens: Household linens (sheets, towels, and shower mats) are provided, as is a “end-of-stay” cleaning service. However, please leave the kitchen area clean, with dishes and utensils washed and put away, and take out the trash and dispose of waste outside.

Access and Parking: Vehicle access is easy at the rear of the residence, allowing you to unload your belongings at the start of your stay and load them at the end. To park your vehicle during your stay, the most convenient car park is P1, located near the residence. It is best to reserve in advance to get a good rate and to ensure you have a spot near the apartment (other car parks are accessible a short walk away or via shuttle buses). Reservations can be made on the Valthoparc website, and the rate is approximately 80 euros per week.
