Great stay. Three bedrooms upstairs (2 double and a bunk bed room). High quality fittings. Great location - piste starts across the road, but close to town. And fantastic comms.

Very pleased with our choice of apartment, it was big enough for 5 adults, clean, tidy & very modern, host was excellent from the day we booked, answering my many questions without any delay.Boot room was excellent & the whole place was clean & a pleasure to come back to after a days skiing.

Great location, and good communication both before and during the stay. Upstairs rooms do have a very low ceiling so if you are over 6ft you will need to be ducking! Well equipped and nice to have 3 bedrooms. If you are a light sleeper though I recommend earplugs for the street facing double as I don’t think there is double glazing so you can hear the merry holiday makers on the street late at night. A great stay over all

Brilliant stay

Great location and size for two couples. Bakery, ski hire and slopes all incredibly close. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Only small comment is the property is very warm so you won’t need thick pjs. Lovely holiday, would stay again

Apartment was small but had everything we needed. Big enough for 4 Adults would be a push at 6.

The property was small but had everything we needed and everything was working great. Bed were comfortable, it had a great shower and water was always hot. We had no problems getting in and out of the Apt. Lift was a bit slow

Fantastic apartment

This was the nicest apartment we have stayed in, in Val Thorens and one of the best apartments we have stayed in, in any ski resort. We needed 3 proper bedrooms for our family plus 2 grandparents. Ski apartments are small but this one had plenty of storage, was very well appointed and warm, and had very nice bathroom which made the stay very comfortable. Very roomy ski locker and a fantastic bakery opposite. Management were super responsive and friendly and check in was very easy. Val Thorens is one of the best ski resorts and we would recommend this apartment!Two comments: 1. The upper floor ceiling is low so anyone taller than 5'10 will need to be careful. 2. If you are a complete beginner the location is not the best because access to the piste is down a narrow slope and a bit of a trek if you are walking. This didn't impact us as experienced skiers and you can ski back to about 150m away.

Small apartment with second floor where you can’t stand straight

The dishwasher was broken the whole week and only fixed during the last day. I’ve asked for discount but no reaction until now. The ceiling on the second floor is very low which means you can’t stand straight unless you bump your head. There were enough plates, cups and glasses which was good.

Compact apartment great location

We stayed as a family of 4 to go skiing. The apartment is small but perfect for our needs. I would not have liked sharing with another family. The head height upstairs is sub 6ft. Not a problem for anyone apart from my husband who only hit his head once! The view of the mountains is great and easy access to the slopes with shops and ski rental very close by. The walk into the centre very easy via the lift and bridge. Alexandre and Marjory Messaged me the day before arrival and could not have been more helpful. We were very fortunate to check in much earlier than advertised as the previous people had left early. Alexandre and Marjory were super helpful during our stay helping us find a nanny at short notice for our kids when I had to go to Albertville to have surgery after a ski accident. Having spent a lot of time in the apartment after the accident, I can very much recommend it!

A total scam - this man should be banned

Booked for a weeks skiing in February and on arrival I was told we had to pay more money because we booked for 1 person when it clearly says upto 7 people on the listing. This is a tiny flat, you cannot fit more than 4 people, be aware. We then took lots of pictures of the property to report its cleanliness, lack of facilities and dangerous plumbing/electrics. Throughout our stay we noticed that people had been in the property and some of my friends expressed items went missing. We had one key between 7 people - a nightmare to gain access. The door was broken the whole time so we were unable to gain access without a key. The electrics were all dangerously overloaded, one of the lights smashed due to overheating and shards of glass went in one of the beds. The building manager came and tried to blame us, which is when we knew something wasn’t right. Once we checked out, we were told to leave the key in a post box which we didn’t want to do incase the hosts were going to try and claim damages, so we took lots of pictures and what transpired next is nothing short of a scam. 2 days after coming home, we got an invoice from the host for €900 claiming we pulled the shower off the wall, didn’t take a bin out and broke several items. Luckily we took pictures which provided valuable evidence, however, VRBO did nothing and they took the money without any independent adjudication, the photos provided from the host showed no damage. This host is a scammer, stay away!

L'appartement correspond en tous points à la description. Il a été très bien rénové. On s'y sent bien. Il est idéalement situé, tant pour skier que pour accéder au centre de la station station via la passerelle. Je recommande.

Agreable appartement mais environnement bruyant

L'appartement est petit au niveau du séjour mais cosy et tres bien équipé, conformement à la description. Il est bien situé dans la station, proche de toutes commodites. Le seul inconvénient c'est le bruit exterieur en fin de soirées!

Klein, maar voldoet aan alles

We waren hier met een groep van 7 personen, en dat is erg gezellig. Het is behoorlijk klein, maar alles zit erin en alles werkte. Voor ons helemaal prima. Piste, skiverhuur en restaurants waren allemaal op maar een paar stappen afstand, fantastisch! De apres ski voor ‘s avonds was wat verder lopen (ongeveer 10-15 minuten) maar ook dat was echt prima te doen. Zeker een aanrader dit verblijf!

Super séjour

Appartement optimisé. On a passé un très bon séjour, au pied des postes et de toutes les commodités. Un peu difficile de ranger tous les habits de ski en rentrant de la journée!

Great location

The location was great, and the kitchen and bathroom have been done up very well. However, the listing didn't inform us that the bedrooms upstairs are 5ft 8inches high and so if you're taller than that you have to stoop. Also the listing doesn't inform you that you need to hire bed linin from the place where you pick up keys - as we got in later than 7:30pm our keys were in a lock-box a 5 minute walk away...that was fine, but it meant that we didn't have bed linin. Those little points are a shame, because otherwise everything was great.
