Welcome to our villa in Brigantine Quarters in the gated community of Shipyard. Always feel free to contact us at 3217948715 if you have questions. Perfect location as condo is two blocks from the beach through our private access gate and a 10-12 minute walk to Coligny Plaza (restaurants, bars, shopping, ice cream). Our villa is a spacious 1,200 square feet with new flooring for 2023. Enjoy relaxing water views of the lagoon from the dining room, living room and bedrooms. The unit boasts a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, seating for six in the dining area, a queen pull out sleeper sofa in the living room, and outdoor seating on the deck. There is a comfortable king bed in the master suite along a large en suite bathroom with a shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds with direct access to the second bathroom. Our small complex has 42 villas with two large swimming pools, tennis/pickleball courts, small playground for the "littles", and multiple Weber gas grilling areas. Very peaceful and no through traffic. Make sure to rent or bring your bikes as Hilton Head hosts over 120 miles of scenic biking trails. Saturday to Saturday rentals only.

As a boy living in Savannah, Georgia, I had the opportunity of watching Hilton Head Island develop. The island has changed a lot over the years, but it has still maintained its natural beaches and beauty. My wife says, "It is her happy place", and I have to agree.
Why they chose this property
Living in the Midwest, we visit Hilton Head on a regular basis. We have stayed in rentals all over the island. When we stayed at Brigantine Quarters in the Fall of 2020, we loved it so much we had to purchase.
What makes this property unique
The location is exceptional as it is two blocks from the beach, located in Shipyard (a gated community), and a five minute bike ride to Coligny Plaza.
