Winniebrook is a century old farmhouse with an 1850s barn, nestled by a stream off a quiet road in Bovina, NY.
This 6 bedroom, 2.5 bath farmhouse sits on 16 acres expansive acres. Experience the joy of raw nature meeting picturesque manicured farmland, sit by the calming stream running through the property, take a stroll amidst the stables or explore acres upon acres of wilderness.
At night take in the majesty of the night sky (you'll spot the Milky Way on a good night).
Plus, you're only just around the corner from the adorable town of Andes & the larger towns of Delhi & 20 minutes from Margaretteville.
The house has 6 total rooms, including one on the main level, a stunning dining room that comfortably hosts 12, a country kitchen that overlooks the estate and a great room designed for nighttime comfort.
Guest access
Guests can access almost all aspects of the property, including the stables and nearly the entirety of the house. The attic, detached garage and the inside of the barn (for your safety) are off limits to guests.
Other things to note
There is no cellular service, unless you hike up to the forrest entry, which is the only spot you can get a natural signal. Otherwise, you'll be all set with high speed wifi.

There's something uniquely beautiful about the setting of Winniebrook. Not only did it provide the secluded, natural beauty that the Catskills offers, but this particular setting reminded us of the English countryside we were fortunate enough to visit years ago.
The house is nestled just off a quiet road in Bovina, separated by a calming stream from the barn and stables. The land is surrounded exclusively by forever wild land owned by New York City, so there are little boundaries to one's desire to explore.
The house itself is a wonderful, century-old home riddled with unique character. There are 6 bedrooms that comfortable accommodate up to 11 people. Despite the ability to host so many, the home feels surprisingly cozy - anchored by the Great Room on one end and the beautiful dining room on the other.
