Clean, safe, and close to Parkway

The condo was perfect for our needs and convenient to the parkway. No mountain roads to climb other than the hill to the complex itself. Plenty of room and the fireplace and Christmas decorations made it more homey. Comfy beds in both bedrooms with reasonable prices. Indoor pool and hot tub were very nice too. Would definitely rent again.

Great stay

They property was great. Only two little things, the left front burner on the range didn’t work, but the others did and the dishwasher runs pretty loud. Other than that it fit our needs. The place was clean, and comfortable with an old school rustic feel. Easy to check in/out, good location in the center of everything, and staff was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

The location of this property is great. We enjoyed the lazy river and pool. The unit itself has a nice layout, which is rather large. The beds were comfortable and big. You can tell the unit is older but they have done some upgrades to the flooring. The bathtubs drain very slow (water around your feet) and just look dirty. The overall cleanliness I gave as a 3 because the floors seems to be lacking a good dusting/vacuuming. Besides the master bed, you could visibly see it hadn’t been vacuumed or swept for quite some time. I would recommend adding a night table to both sides of the beds in each room, so items don’t need to be placed in the floor. With a few small tweaks and some deep cleaning, this could easily be a 5 star place to stay.

This was a great property that is located close to anything and everything you would want to do in Pigeon Forge. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. The view off the balcony is great.The complex that this is in has a great pool area with a separate swimming pool and lazy river. The kids loves going between both. There was also a hot tub. The indoor pool was also nice and that is where you can find the workout room. Note that the workout room doesn’t open until 9:00 a.m. for some reason, so no early workouts could be done before our day started. That was a bummer, but not the fault of the unit owners. There is also a great grilling area with two charcoal grills, a propane grill, and a Blackstone. Just make sure to have a lighter or something because the grill didn’t seem to want to light without it. No major complaints and would stay here again.

Slow communication

The condo was great, communication from owner very slow to respond. Maybe just me, but 12 to 24 hour response time to us is not good and only thru emails. Didn't know what to do if we would have had any issues.

when we book a place we always send a phone number. we do not sit by the computer 24/7. we tell in email to aways call a wk before so that we tell the maid to change the code .. always call us. owners

Great location in Pigeon Forge

Honest review after staying in over 20 VRBO condos/houses POSITIVES: One of the cleanest condos I’ve seen, check in super fast, location great, beds awesome, plenty of room family of 5. NEGATIVES: toilets being flushed above you and loud screeching chairs are heard every time someone above you sits at the kitchen table, 10 air conditioners sitting right next to you on the balcony, Christmas tree and Christmas decorations that just take up space are strange at the end of March, way to many fake plants that take up space and will eventually just collect dust spread throughout condo, sleeper couch needs a mattress pad. Would I stay here again absolutely for a great price unless I was coming with picky people or light sleepers.

Needs a clean from top to bottom. Floors were very dirty, even after I requested the floors be swept and mopped , which housekeeping came in and did…. Was still dirty. Never swept the living room rug. Kitchen had limited equipped . No soap to wash dishes. Hosts were very accommodating to try to remedy the cleaning issue
