Fabulous!!!

Great house for a family vacation! This house had everything we needed for an amazing week! Joy was great with details and suggestions of things to do with the kiddos! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Stay

This was the perfect beach stay. The house location was fantastic, the view amazing, and the house was incredibly well-appointed, comfortable, beachy and literally had everything we needed for an amazing multigenerational family getaway I cannot say enough great things about the house and the lovely host! We will be back

Beautiful place! Great location! Wonderful amenities!

The host was fabulous!! Many nice touches. Loved the house, the beach, biking on the beach, and enjoying the gorgeous views from the porch.

Joy was great to work with. She answered all of our questions when we booked and was quick to answer when we needed something during the week. The house is in a great location and has a nice view of the ocean. You get the view without all the noise and traffic of the beach, yet still close enough to walk. Joy has everything you need for the house or at the beach. She was right when she said she had everything but our swimsuits. It made packing for our trip that much easier.

Family time at beach in st. Augustine

We enjoyed walking to beach and coming in for lunch. We were able to visit downtown easily and NASA. We found house roomy with porch time & eating.

A little piece of Paradise !

We had an amazing month at the Dunes with our family. The property has everything you can possibly need for a comfortable stay. Joy is always available and went out of her way to ensure our stay was pleasant . The views from the deck are out of this world! It was very difficult to leave the property and come back home . We hope to be able to visit again one day !
