What brings you to vacation in St. Augustine?
For us it is because of our mother’s side of the family and all the history that comes with it!. Our grandma was an integral part of the historic Florida School for Deaf and Blind in St. Augustine in the 1940's! Loving St. Augustine runs thick in our blood! Our family has come a full circle as we’ve returned to settle in beautiful St Augustine. Now our two little girls are growing to love this community and unearthing their roots to discover precious stories! Every weekend we discover the abundance of experience this beautiful city offers and welcome you to do the same. We are so excited to welcome you to our home.
We tremendously enjoy traveling and exploring the world as a family.
We try and plan at least one big trip off of our bucket list every year with our little girls. We have come to appreciate how much the quality of your vacation experience depends on the quality of experience in the place you chose to stay. We have designed and organized our vacation homes with our main focus being relaxation, unwinding, comfort, joy, and convenience so families and friends can focus on making beautiful memories.

Why they chose this property
The St Augustine Villa sits on a wonderful location, with the Historic Old Mansion of Florida to its left and a 2-3 min walk to the Old City Gates. that lead to charming ST George Street! Walk to restaurants, trolley tours, museums, fort, the Plaza....the Villa is in the middle of it all!
The St Augustine Villa was built with a lot love by G S Beverly, between 1910 and 1914, for his beloved Clara. The St Augustine Villa is recorded in the National Register of Historic Places. Mr. Beverly was the town plumber and quite an inspiration as he lost an arm in his 20s but built this home and a successful plumbing business with the other! There are other precious nuggets of his story and influence on this town, shared on the walls of this home. Alex and Shaiffu renovated this beautiful craftsman home and want to share its warmth with their guests.
