About this property

Entire Cozy Apartment in Ohio City. Near Downtown.

Cozy comfortable private upstairs apartment with all your traveling needs.
The apartment is simple, not fancy, but does include some antiques that are valuable to me. It is furnished to make you comfortable but not crowd you. The more things up there, the more things need to be cleaned in between guests.
If you are looking to move to Cleveland we can work out a special rental rate. Unit includes everything you need. Just bring your toothbrush. All utilities included as well.

The space
Apartment has come a long way to make your stay comfortable. I take great pride in my refinished floors and rejuvenated antiques. Still more to do as I can.
Enjoy a bubble bath in the claw foot tub, but please make sure the curtains are closed when you take a shower.
Sit out on the front porch and enjoy the flowers or the evening.
You should have everything you need to prepare a meal.
Large open floor plan between the kitchen, dining and living room.

Entire private upstairs apartment with your own entrance. Front yard and upstairs front porch.

Front door lock combination will be provided prior to arrival. Please do not ask for the code too soon, I may change it.

Great Value in Ohio City

The listing details were accurate; all the basics were there. Plenty of on street parking on a quiet street. The frig could have been a bit cleaner, but it was not bad. If you don't mind furnishings on the older side, this is a good value. One thing to note is that if you are sensitive to the smell of cigarette smoke, we noticed that when we had the door to the porch open, we could smell someone smoking somewhere near the property, perhaps from the first floor where the owner lives.

Detroit - Shoreway 3 week stay

Upper half of a house with a great a balcony. Had three weeks to explore Cleveland area and this was a good location as a basecamp. Quiet neighborhood with easy walks to grocery, bars & restaurants in Ohio City. Double bed that we are not accustom to, but otherwise adequate. No off street parking that made it inconvenient for our Nissan 3500 hightop vehicle; the birds did a real job on it! Also sideswiped sometime on the evening of 17 July ( no note or way of discovering who ). Sad people do that and drive off. We enjoyed our stay despite circumstances beyond anyone's control. Cleveland is looking better than ever!
