We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. There were beautiful views, we had everything we could have asked for and more. There was lots of room for us to spread out. We were far enough out that we had plenty of peace and quiet, but close enough to enjoy some time at Clemson. We’ll visit again.
We loved our time at the secluded Waterfront Cottage and on the double-decker dock! It had everything we needed for a fair price. Great communication from the owner!
Cute lake cottage with wonderful water access. Absolutely loved the screened in porch at night to listen and enjoy the sounds of nature! The owls put on quite a show!
We were there for a short visit, visiting a relative. Would loved to been able to stay longer. House had lots of room, it was in a great location for us visiting Anderson. Loved being on the water it was very relaxing. The home had everything you needed besides your groceries. We would definitely stay here again.
Well, Robert, I think anyone reading your review would question why you gave only one star and no comments as to why.

This property is the perfect size lake house, we adored our stayed. We LOVED the layout of the home. The rope swing was a blast and our entire family enjoyed our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer.
The property was great. The double decker dock on the water was fantastic for the family. We fished, swam and used the paddle board. The kids played games inside. We sat on the screened in porch while it was raining. The cabin was clean and quaint, but had more than enough room for our family of 5. It was also in close proximity to historic Anderson and other local attractions.
