Lakefront escape with the perfect location on the biggest part the lake, 2 minutes to the nearest boat ramp, 10 minutes to Green Pond Landing, 22 minutes to Clemson University, and 20 minutes to Downtown Anderson, where you will find fine dining, shopping, hospitals, and more. You will have this home all to yourself. This charming home has just been renovated inside and out, including a brand new dock with easy access angeled ladder and swim seat! The kitchen is fully stocked for even the most avid chef. New linens will be provided and many extras in case you forget even the minor things. There are 3 nice size private bedrooms. The primary has it's own lakefront view and access to the rear deck, and a full size bath with double vanities and full standing shower. The 2nd bedroom, located next to the hall bath has a queen size bed, and the 3rd bedroom, located on the opposite side of the hall bath has charming twin beds. All beds have new mattresses and linens. The great room serves as both a den and dining area. There is a pull out sofa with a queen size bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The dining table is set up to seat 6, and an additional leaf and chairs will expand to seat 8. Additional dining can be found on the expansive deck through the sliding doors off the great room. This fun outdoor area has poly resin Pub height swivel chairs and matching table along with a cantilever umbrella to protect you from too much sun. In the kitchen, any chef will find all the tools needed to make almost any dish if they prefer to cook at home while on vacation. There is a lake view even from the large kitchen. There is a seperate laundry room with new washer and dryer for your use. The sprawling level back yard is partially shaded and perfect for outdoor games (corn hole game provided). The boat dock is there for your use for swimming and docking of your boat. (Owners boat is not for use that is housed on the dock). This property does NOT allow pets or smoking.

Perfect home away from home

Sarah is very responsive and the home is set up to have anything and everything you can think you may need or want. The view to the lake is beautiful and so relaxing. Definitely recommended and plan to stay again if we are in the area again.

Myself and one other guy stayed here for a week. We both had trucks with boats so the parking was fine for us. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m in the area it’s close to everything but a very quiet neighborhood.

Great House for a Tourney Angler

Very clean. Great access to boat ramps and a dock if you need to get off the water during the day. Large driveway that will fit a boat. Full kitchen with everything needed to cook meals. Great place to stay.

Family outing

We all had a wonderful time. The house is beautifully decorated, very roomy, has everything you need from linens to extra pillows and anything you need in the kitchen. The deck has large table with umbrella shade if needed, and the dock is great for swimming and fishing. We would definitely love to come back and would highly recommend!!

Great place for kids

Stayed with family and several kids ages 4-7. They had a great time jumping off the dock. We caught some little fish right off the dock too. The water is deep so, I suggest bringing a few extra floats.

We stayed here for the Clemson/Notre Dame Game. The house is beautifully decorated and is so cozy. The host provided all the necessary amenities and even more for a wonderful and comfortable stay. I wish we had more time to enjoy the lake. Next time!

Perfect Home On Lake

This home is just as described. Our family came together for a weekend to spend quality time together and making memories at a Clemson home game. This home was very close to Clemson with easy access to the interstate and town close by with grocery stores and restaurants. We would like to return in the spring or summer!

Great property

Sarah is a wonderful host. From the time we booked her home she was attentive to our needs. I thought the space would be tight but it was perfect. There was enough space for our needs. The deck was large and had ample steering. We really enjoyed our stay. We did not use the dock much because the water was low while we were there but it served us well for pick up.
