Put all furniture back in original position
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please note: There are exterior cameras and one door camera & Must be 25 + years to rent with valid drivers license
Neighborhood Quiet hours 10pm-8am No street parking, Park in our double driveway; HOA strictly enforced. Fee may apply if rules are broken
No trailers of any type motorhomes, campers or RVs allowed. No Parties, Proms, Large gatherings allowed. Not even to take pictures per HOA.

Although we were not born on the Island(BOI) my wife grew up going every weekend when she was little. We both are very familiar with the area if you have any questions.
