Front Row Beach House! NO CLEANING OR LINEN FEES!!!!

We want to invite you into our Beach House Toes in the Sand at 22430 Kennedy, Galveston, 77554.
You will just love our Galveston Beachfront property that is located in the Sea Isle community. If you visit Galveston feel free to ask us for the address so you can drive by to take a look. Toes in the Sand has 3 large bedrooms, and loft with a trundle bed. Enough room for you and several of your friends and relatives. Our home will sleep up to 8 in beds. Hurricane windows give you an awesome view of the beach from almost every room. All the beds are made with fresh linens prior to your arrival. We look forward to your business. We also have a propane grill under the house but beware if the wind is blowing hard you will need to cook inside. Just one of those things from a front row house. Note we do have a ring doorbell with camera and audio next to the entrance door for outside security that is on 24 hours a day.

DURING THE SUMMER WE ONLY RENT 6 OR 7 DAYS STAY.

Our add says that it is less than a 15 minute walk to the beach which is automatically added by VRBO. In fact we are a zero minutes walk as the house is directly on the beach!

The house was the cutest little house ever. It had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. Walt was very easy to work with and was fast to respond if we needed anything. My kids loved it and my youngest loved the loft room. I enjoyed the view from the deck so much. The first morning there we got to see dolphins. It was so cozy and I would definitley stay again. Our thanksgiving beach holiday was perfect, thanks to the amenities and location of this house. With stunning sunrise views and direct access to the beach, we couldn’t have asked for a more idyllic setting. The house was clean and comfortable. The sleeping arrangements were varied enough that we could comfortably accommodate our diverse little group, ranging in ages from 16 to 66. The location is removed from the bustle of Galveston to provide total relaxation, but it’s an easy drive into town for activities. The owners are very communicative and pleasant. I would definitely book this homey retreat again!

Loved our weekend at the Sea Isle cabin. Exactly as advertised, right on the beach. There was even a pet friendly bar & grill (Sandbar) within walking distance.

We stayed at "Toes in the Sand" last year and fully enjoyed it

The house was in excellent condition. Everything worked well and had all we needed to spend a few trouble-free days. It was so good we are renting it again in a couple of months.
